Asked Carr about this playmaking ability postgame: "I feel like they preach if you get two people on you, you can get the ball off you. You've done your job and make it easy for people. My guys have done a great job screening and helping me get open."

James Bradberry on moving to Safety: “Of course I didn’t have my best season, I know we have Isaiah Rodgers and a lot of young guys in the CB Room.. I can still play corner, but I just want to be a valuable piece. I played a lot of under and Nickel, so I thought, why not?.. I knew we were gonna draft corners because I didn’t play too well. And now with me learning Safety, those guys can get a lot more reps.”

24 pts & over 20 in 4 of 5. Lot of floaters/middy finishes off the bounce. Asked Bronny how important that part of his game is: “Mainly trying to get down hill. Get in the paint draw fouls. I feel like I can score at all three levels. Just taking everything that’s open for me.

Asked Quentin Grimes about balancing offensive responsibilities "I know we got two of the best on-ball players in the game. So just being able to play off-ball, and also JJ wants guys who can pass, dribble, and shoot. And I feel like we have a lot of guys on this team that can do that."

Asked Egor Demin about his lack of drives and failure to attempt a two through two games: “That’s definitely something I’ve got to improve in my game with getting to this new level, new physicality. I think this is where my playmaking can be on a different level, when I get to the paint more… I think mentality is a big part of it, how aggressive I am. I think that's something I’ve got to overall get together physicality-wise, technical-wise and mentally.”
