They show that in early 2022, the FBI sought $16k to travel and interview Trump electors across multiple states, including NM and PA. The state AGs were acting as proxies for the Biden DOJ. More documents will name DOJ attorneys involved. Norm Eisen and his 501(c)(3) helped draft the indictments and briefs with the DOJ, including in AZ, where a filing showed States United for Democracy, his C3, prepared the brief.

If people don’t bring these kinds of suits to challenge such actions, it’s unclear whether there will be any opportunity not only to vindicate their rights, but also to have courts tell the government: you can’t do this.
