-Mixed use density with new trees and an actually well-connected courtyard to public right of way? -Aerial light rail + off street bike lane? -Decent new bus shelter + connection? More of this LA 👏🏼

Wanna guess how much they want for a studio ? Also maybe the craziest shit I’ve seen in a while: on the website it says the application fee is $535 fucking dollars

Now that building just needs tenants!

leasing up already, but they may need to drop prices to get full occupancy

Even more reason to convert the awful painted bike lanes on Jefferson to a two-way cycletrack and extend the expo path east. No loss of travel lanes or parking, and hardly any turn conflicts

It’s great. Now LA just needs to put transformer boxes below grade like an advanced civilization.

Looks desolate and empty Not sure why we need more of this

This is great. Im a big fan of this. Unfortunately, in this city, it's just a matter of time before this right of way is a tagged up drug encampment.

isn't this culver city

it's LA City (culver is a couple blocks west)

La cienega?

Is this the row?

called "the habitat" (La Cienega)

Less of that architectural design though. Looks like an office park.

The Culver City slums

What’s the point? LA being abandoned yet they use up millions and millions of tax payer money for aesthetics? The more people that flee the easier it is to avoid pushback on pointless projects like this. Just filling the pockets of these corrupt people.

Did they build this on accident or does someone get their hands on Karen Bass's "Pee Tape"?
