MK8DX bug: Switch 1 vs Switch 2 ver. the boxes from the new update are only on the switch 2 version of the game it literally looks like your cheating from a Switch 1 POV

Seems like the item boxes are based on a map-load timer instead of some global online timer maybe?

its that currently all the switch 2 online tracks are playing in their offline mode but the sw1 version is still running on the old online versions of the tracks i assume to help with performance but it is gameplay changing

I never even knew MK8 tracks had differences online and offline

Twisted mansion has boos on glider in time trials but not online up till now

So to get this straight, MK8DX doesn't sync the world things like item boxes? Instead it just depends on the map to keep it synced? I wonder if you were to multi this on Yuzu and get anothert pov or something
