One of these clearly does not belong. 🤡 the ball “blown foul” is and a fair ball. Not allowed by rule. Entertaining at the time yes, but that’s a fair ball and was a base hit.

The infield fly in the Detroit-Houston game makes no sense. If he caught the ball, a runner is still at 1B. If he misplays the ball and throws it to 2B, the batter is now safe at 1B since he hustled to the bag. In either scenario, a runner is still safe at 1B.

I have never understood the second basemen backing up first on a ground ball to the left side. The catcher and right fielder can handle that, and you don't end up with second uncovered as happened here.
