He’s also NOT used an altered (tho legal) bat either

1. Judge is not using the bat. Jazz & Volpe are the only players so far. 2. The bats are approved by MLB and meet their regulation requirements. No more then 2.61 inches in diameter at its thickest point. 3. All MLB teams have approval & access to use the bats.
