MLB worst arm blow-out injuries

Baseball is such a beautiful sport. But man, the human arm is just not meant to pitch.

Worst I ever saw was Dave Drevecky… had bone tumor successfully removed but it weakened the humerus and he fractured it throwing a pitch when he came back to Giants… you could hear the bone snap and eventually had arm amputated…

I remember following Saunders as a young kid after seeing the pitch way to the left on sportscenter. He tried to make a comeback and broke the bone again.

Delete this post, man.... it can only be painful for fans and family members of these players and teams.

It's like watching a death sentence. Respect to the athletes nonetheless.

Ramón Ortiz actually did blow his arm out on that pitch. Ended up just being elbow strained. He was 40 years old at the time and probably just didn’t have the stamina anymore
