Listen, Stephen A Smith has reached a pinnacle of success in media and now uses his platform to stay neutral on policies and actions that are actively harming the Black community, while still finding time to consistently attack Black people. He sees what is happening in the streets. He knows the stakes. But neutrality keeps the machine comfortable and keeps his handlers satisfied. These are critical times for the Black community. Remaining neutral is not harmless. It functionally sides with the opposition and normalizes the damage being done. Silence is not objectivity. It is a choice. Do better. Be better.

We're seeing so much crime, so much instability — It affects every other community across the country, but the crime and instability, the first people that has to deal with that, Black people — name any city that has a majority Black population. It's aggressive to live there” He says as soon as a black person is doing well for themselves, the first thing they want to do is leave black areas “And the Black people who are doing well, guess what they do? They have to leave the community. They have to walk away from the community because they cannot exist in this unstable and chaotic environment” People want to live in a calm, peaceful and respectful environment. It comes down to people acting right, following the rules and not being aggressive

Yesterday was a beautiful day in Charlotte, NC. While my 4-year-old granddaughter was begging me to take her to the park, 4-year-old Jayce Edwards was being laid to rest. Jayce Edward's life was not taken by White Supremacist or racists. His life was taken by 4 Black males, in a Black Community, who were stealing cars, and as they were leaving in the stolen car, they fired into the home of a Black family. No outcrys, no calls for laws to be changed — just another tragic loss due to being a Black child living among Black people, in a Black Community.

It’s clear that J-FZ's appearance this weekend was a failure. It only revealed his hypocrisy. He’s been criticized throughout the real culture. This is just the tip of the iceberg regarding the damage J-Z has caused to the black community and fellow black men to benefit himself. I don’t know about you all, but the image of J-FZ on that stage gaslighting a trusting community with his performative afro was disturbing, unsettling, and very manipulative! He’s being criticized even by those who love his music-👂🏽below⬇️
