Quit my Job at Microsoft, and back to the Classroom as a Student - My Short Story. Till today, some say quitting my job at Microsoft doesn't make logical sense. To be serious, it doesn't make any logical sense especially when I have to return to the classroom and back to the job market. This was however necessary for me to pursue a new path for my family. When I was at Microsoft, on several occasions, I felt Microsoft was God's sent to Africa and I am the Evangelist. Explain to me why a company is investing so much in capacity development in Africa like Microsoft. Through relevant skills, we can bring many out of poverty, save them from the after-effects of unemployment, make them dream big and achieve it, and keep alive hopes in the hearts of millions of others with similar backgrounds like mine. So, I took my work with passion and purpose. I was allowed to support academic institutes in several countries and I appeared as a Guest Lecturer for Masters Courses on Advance Data Analytics. I relocated to the US and everything changed, back to the classroom but now as a Student. Indeed a humbling experience for me. I love every opportunity I have to make complex topics simple. You wouldn't know how much I know about Data Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Power Platform until you give me a Mic or Opportunity to lead (Yeah, kindly reach out if you would like to have such a passionate young man like myself in your team). I am deeply passionate about these fields and my passion is validated by years of work that I have invested in building up my skills. I have been opportune to lead diverse teams in my career and both my listening skill and ability to break down complex tasks made it easier to bring out the best in my team members. In this presentation, I explained what Supervised Machine Learning is, the data science workflow, and evaluating machine learning models, and I did a live demo in class - built a Supervised Machine Learning model to drive home full comprehension. I am looking for a Remote Internship for Summer 2024 in Data Analytics and I need your help to Like and Repost this. Who knows, I can be lucky enough to find a team that will give me a chance. Thank you in advance 🙏 #intern

they were truly meant to be :( AAS AT LOVE MOMENT AWARDS #LoveMomentAwards2026xDMD #auausave 👤: in the beginning was there a time where it felt like you both had conflicts (incompatible) and felt like letting go or backing out 🦋: ohooo thats such a deep question— do you have the answer (🐱) 🐱: its a deep question but i can answer— there was in the beginning during reality A staff member asked me, “ save, are you sure?" yeah, they really asked that. 🐱: “Are you sure? because phi au doesn't seem to be matching with you at all are you sure you want to go on, to keep pushing forward?" That was behind the scenes, i dont know if phi au know that this happened. 🦋: *shakes head in no* 🐱: A staff member came to ask me, and I said let's give it a try I didn't know how it would turn out, but let's try first If it didn't work out, then its fine we’ll just see how it goes 👤: and what made you confident in him at that time, when even the staff was asking if you wanted to continue with him 🐱: But I... I.I thought that we... even though we weren't close and didn't... what do you call it, even though we did have conflicts, deep down at that time, there was something that made me feel we could work together. For myself, I knew what I needed to do when it came to working. As for phi au, he had things he could do—whether it was singing or dancing, phi au is fully capable. 🐱: The two of us could become like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle that could fit together if we connected. That's how it felt back then 🦋: *smiles so wide*

I’ve talked about this on tiktok so I’m gonna talk about it here as well. My mom sexually assaulted me when I was a child. I’ve called her out on this for a long time & been labeled a liar. I decided to go get a lie detector test & I managed to pass. My mother took a lie detector test & failed… She had an excuse as to why she failed too, listen below & tell me if it makes sense. I was around 9-11, all I remember is her doing this to me & how it went down. My mother was extremely homophobic & any time I did something she deemed feminine, she would try to punish me for it. This one specific time I was using the family computer with the daughter of a woman who was living with my mom at the time. I decided to play Fancy by iggy azalea & I was singing along, my mom calls out to ask “who’s playing that” so I come to her as she called out & when she asked I lied to her…I was scared so I told her the little girl was playing the song. She called the little girl in the room and asked her instead of me. The little girl proceeded to tell my mother how it wasn’t her who was playing the song & it was me. My mother thrusts at me & starts beating me mercilessly. Screaming “you wanna be a bitch?!” “This what you want?!” & as she’s beating me she shoved her finger inside me saying “you like d*ck in yo a** b*tch?!” Her boyfriend at the time had to pull her off of me & tell her to stop. I even remember her going to wash the fecal matter off of her finger. I may not get the legal justice I deserve but I will continue to tell my story to be an advocate for people who faced something similar with really no safe space to speak on it. I allowed her to condition me to think for years that I had to forgive her, we had to work on our relationship because “we were all we had” but I was being lied to by the narcissist I call a mother. There was no work that would ever be done, just me tolerating stuff I don’t have to while keeping secrets that aren’t mine. Help me get my story out there, I have 3 younger siblings & she’s been exploiting them & I for monetary gain on the internet since I was a child. Every time I did something she didn’t like she would broadcast it to her followers on Facebook. Now I’ve built my own platform, now my voice can truly be heard.

🚨 NEW EPISODE FOR EUROPE'S MOST AMBITIOUS STARTUPS 🇪🇺 And this might easily be the best video we have done so far! The company, their product and the team is just insane. The goal of this company is to make money out of thin air – literally. No joke. TLDR: Heavy machinery, in the middle of London, easily one of the most cracked team is met in a while, and their first test site? A military base. What's crazy to me is that they are so heads down that nobody knows them yet… but still they already raised GBP 10M+ from the founders of stripe (Patrick Collison John Collison), Nat Friedman, Harry Stebbings, Pietro Invernizzi, taavet hinrikus and Plural and many more. The Company is RIVAN – Rivan Their product? Getting the CO2 out of the air and combine it with H2 from water -> to create gas, which they directly pump into the network grid to make money. The same kind of gas we currently have to pay Russia for… we fight wars for… just without drilling into the ground and releasing CO2, but "mining the sky" instead! This kind of tech is still in early stages – and tons of hypotheses have to be validated – but in the next five years the math can work out and if there's a team to figure this out, it's this one. I took my camera and visited Harvey Hodd and his team in their warehouse office in London and joined him to their first test site on a military base. I am a big fan of this guy. Intensity, obsession, technical competence. And the whole team is like this. In the video you will see how everything works… every machine… but also how they keep urgency in the team… how they pay people to move closer to the office… why they are already running a military base only a few months in… how this can even ever work economically… and how the hell do you avoid everything blowing up – literally. RIVAN – You can watch the full video on the youtube channel: Please RT + LIKE here and comment/share/like on youtube too please! Every little bit of engagement helps in youtube's algorithm! Let's frigging go! 👇

So, THIS is what I'm talking about. Something about this song always stood out, but I never bothered finding out what it means, until someone asked, 'When was it that Cihan fell in love?' To me, it's this moment. He's sure he's in love with Alya here. Him singing "Akşam olur karanlığa kalırsın" is his way of telling her of his love and secretly bidding her goodbye (because he knows she's planning on leaving, and as we later learn, he intends to let her go.) When you learn about the song, it's so damn obvious. It's an Anatolian folk song about unrequited love. So while Ciho knows and accepts his feelings, he's pretty sure Alya feels nothing for him. Which is why he's so freaking surprised when Alya hesitates at the airport, and doesn't leave. And, just look at the lyrics. “Akşam olur karanlığa kalırsın / Derin derin sevdalara dalarsın” Evening comes, you’re left in the dark / You drift into love(s) so deep Cihan knows Alya is about to leave; he's heard her secret plan. So, basically, by evening, he knows she'll be gone, and he'll be alone, drifting in the memories she left behind. “Oy gelin gelin sevdalı gelin / Öldürdün beni” Oh bride, love-struck bride / You’ve killed me This is the painful, ironic bit. She is his wife, his bride, but in name only. They get married out of convenience, out of necessity. But Ciho does the unthinkable and falls in love. To him, she has no such feelings, so love-struck here can mean her own dreams, her own life, anything but him. And, that's what's 'killing' him. He loves her, but he can't even confess his love to stop her from leaving him. “Bülbül ne ötersin yuvanmı yoktur? / Yoksa benim gibi sevdan mı çoktur?” Nightingale, why do you sing, don’t you have a home? / Or do you, like me, have too many loves? In eastern poetry, the nightingale or the bulbul is symbolic of a tragic lover, one who constantly laments the absence of his loved one by singing. No guesses for who the bulbul is in this situation. Then the rhetorical question, 'Why do you sing nightingale?' We know Ciho is singing out of his love for Alya, and the second line, 'Or have you, like me, loved too deeply?' Ouuff. This poor boy is suffering, and suffering badly. He can't say he loves Alya aloud because he knows she's not ready, so he sings it for her, hoping against hope she'll understand. Then comes the whopper: “Ellerin elime değdiği zaman / İster ölüm olsun ister ayrılık” When your hands touched mine / Let it be death, or let it be separation This bit sounds a little, how shall I say it? Depressing? But it's not. The line 'When your hands touched mine' to me is indicative of all the rare moments of warmth they've shared. And the line ' Be it death or be it separation' is his way of saying, he'd rather have all those moments and lose her, than never having touched her, known her, or loved her at all. Like they say, it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. So, yeah. This moment, right here, to me, is Cihan's first confession. And what a beautiful confession it is. It's subtle, like him. It's deep and meaningful, without being in your face. And, here's the best part - you can clearly see what he sings gets through to Alya. Because her expression is so tragic, so melancholy, like some part of her knows he's spelling out his love and saying goodbye. And who knows, maybe that's the reason she can't leave at the airport. Her subconscious picks up on what Cihan is trying to convey, and that's what leads to that struggle between her mind and heart. Masterfully done. Not appreciated enough. And, all the kudos to Sinem and Ozan for portraying it so beautifully that even non-Turkish speakers get the gist. #CihAl #UzakŞehir

Jensen Huang on how to convey your vision to employees: Question: "How you convey your vision to your employees and how you keep that sense of urgency in them so that they continue improving themselves?" Jensen: "So the question is how do I convey my vision to the employees and how do we convey a sense of urgency? First of all, you convey your vision the good old-fashioned way. And it's about telling a story. I'm not the best storyteller in the world, and I'm not the best, I don't enjoy public speaking, actually. And if you were to give me a choice right now between doing this versus just answering one of your emails, and I'll give you all my email address, you could all send me an email, and I'd be glad to respond to it. I'd rather do that. You know, I'm still an engineer, and I'm introverted by design, I guess. And I don't find myself particularly articulate. And so I don't enjoy the process of public speaking. But you have to force yourself to do it. It's for a good reason. It's for a good cause. I have to admit that speaking to my employees or speaking to NVIDIA's employees is the single most intimidating thing that I do. It freaks me out. And the reason for that is because I respect their time so much, and I know how important the meeting is, that in your own mind, the bar and the responsibility is extraordinary. But you have to put yourself, and I'm speaking to engineers here, you have to force yourself to communicate at a bigger picture level. You have to force yourself to practice. And it's something that over time you get better at. In terms of how do we communicate a sense of urgency? Just through action. They have to see that when I make decisions or when I do something or when something is near my field of influence, my scope of influence, that I do it with a sense of urgency. And it's amazing what that does. People simply pick up those habits from you. If your CEO works hard, you'll work hard. If your CEO cares, you'll care. If your CEO loves this company, you'll love this company. If your CEO is passionate about the work that we do, you'll be passionate about the work that we do. If your CEO does everything with an extraordinary sense of purpose and intensity and sense of urgency, you will too. It's amazing what happens when you're a leader of anything, whether you're a leader of a project team or, right? As I say that, you could almost everybody just, yeah, I get it. Leader of a project team or a leader of a lab team. The behavior and the values and the habits of that leader has an amazing way of rubbing off on everybody else."

Figured I’d make a little different post as I did some racing myself last week! I’m coming down off an incredible week Tour of the Gila where I raced in the cat 1 field. I won a stage (yes crazy!), finished 5th overall (also crazy), and won the masters cat 1 40+ overall over Italian legend Fortunato Ferrara. Now after having sometime to reflect I want to share some of the thoughts I had from the race. 1. Family made the racing experience so special for me. I’ve done a lot of bike races, but this one was so good having much of the family together for it. @kourtneydanielson was there keeping me on track, @stevedanielson237 was there grinding in his race at the same time, @alpha_zulu_6 was in “no-fail mission mode” running the race logistics, and Sarah was there inspiring us to dig deep. We just need @stelladdanielson for the next one with the little ones and watch out world! 2. To win you have to be ready to lose. I’ll be honest, racing has so much trauma around it for me I have a long ways to go to really enjoy it, but I am getting there. But what I did “re-experience” was how if you are worried about winning you will often paralyze yourself and not be able to give what it takes. I did have moments where I completely locked into “racing” and just enjoyed going for it. 3. You don’t have to feel well to do well. As a coach I preach this one all the time but man, I really felt it this week. I got that gnarly sinus virus going around and wow, does it bite hard. I really struggled each day on the bike and off the bike I spent wayyyyy too much time worrying about what was going to happen in the bike. Kourtney came to the rescue to keep sending me back out there despite me trying to negotiate with her to sit it out. Wow, I was so glad I did listen to her! 4. The future is bright. Let me tell you, there is some big talent out there coming. I got to race with a lot of the young pros and I also got to hear about the talent coming from my son’s field. There were 5 riders I saw in my race that were all u23 and absolutely could make it to the World Tour. This race always brings talent out, but I would say there is more than in the past this year. I hope these riders keep working hard and team up with someone who actually knows how to get to the world tour. There’s so much to build and the right progression is everything. 5. I’m not done yet. This week was just the beginning of a new chapter for me. Back to work!
