An absolutely insane Russian missile strike directly hit a lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region. According to preliminary reports, it was a ballistic missile. There were no children at the lyceum — it is currently summer break — but staff members were present. Sadly, some people may still be trapped under the rubble.
