Why are these horrible date ideas & what mistakes did these guys make? 1️⃣ MOVIES: if you want to make a movie date work, your arm needs to be around her the entire time, you need to be whispering into her ear, talking with her, joking with her, and touching her (oh, and it probably shouldn’t be a first date… unless you guys really hit it off the first time you met before the date). You 100% do not want to do the thing where you go to the movies, ignore her for 2 hours, and stare at a screen. Doesn’t get more awkward than that. 2️⃣ TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF THE WHOLE DATE: (the problem wasn’t the Applebees, it was the conversation at the Applebees) you need to get the girl talking about HERSELF, then relate back to what she is saying, on anything you relate with. Leave little interesting baits about stuff about you, and if she is interested, she’ll ask, and then you can talk about it. If you are not interested in talking about HER and exploring HER, then that is not a date; instead it might be a good idea to start a YouTube channel, film yourself talking about yourself, upload it, and then anyone who wants to watch that can watch it there. But not a date idea. 3️⃣ IKEA: or any window shopping date — these can actually be awesome dates IF you are great at conversation and flirtation. If you are ass at that, however, a date like this is just torture, since there is nothing to distract from the ass conversation, and she is going to be saying to herself, “WHY are we just walking around looking at towels and stuff?” IKEA PT. 2: the 15-minute drive back in silence… 😑 Gotta keep that conversation rolling, my man. Convo during transition points (like the car ride) needs to be light and fluffy. Keep it fun, keep it flirty, don’t go too deep here; just keep her talking. Customers looking for such features might need to rethink. ⚠️ As per our community feedback from 3 lakh impressions, the rear design is getting polarised opinions. ⚠️ With a Turbo only on offer for now, it targets a thin set of customers. Under 4m segment cars already have a diesel, ev and CNG offerings too. ⚠️ Skoda missed a trick by not talking about ownership cost with service packs & extended warranty upto 6 years in the presentation. With hype around, it was a golden opportunity to address doubts of first time buyers. ⚠️ Rear wiper looks cheap. 5th passenger will be a squeeze but there are 3 headrests. Overall, a great effort from Skoda and it shows that want sales numbers to improve by catering to the different set of customers with a wider portfolio. Unfortunately she is using 2020s chick-speak about ‘boundaries’ and ‘respecting yourself’ and other such buzzwords, which make the message nigh incomprehensible. So here is how I would put it to you, as a man: ➡️ No girl wants to be with a dude who is going to make pleasing her his life mission. The behavior screams ‘simp’ and makes her feel like you are beneath her, which makes her not want you. No chick wants to be with a man who is beneath her. ➡️ No girl wants to be with a dude who will let her run all over him in conversation, talking about things that he doesn’t want to hear about, controlling the flow of the conversation. That screams ‘weak dude’, who is either afraid to take control or does not know how. What should you do instead? ✅ If you are hooking up with a girl and she says, “I’m not looking for a relationship right now,” you say, “AWESOME. ME TOO.” And now all of a sudden she is confused and beguiled because you are not chasing her for the relationship. Why aren’t you chasing her for the relationship? Do you not WANT her? It will drive her crazy, she will start thinking about it over and over again, and she will desperately work to try to get you to want the relationship with her.
