It is deeply saddening to see that, despite having advanced technology and resources, the Railway authorities have failed to track the stolen mobile phone and catch the culprit. The mobile phone remained switched ON for two days. If immediate action had been taken during that time, there was a genuine opportunity to track the phone and identify the person responsible. Unfortunately, there was no timely response from the Railway authorities. Simply closing the complaint is not a solution. Sir, Good effort but we don't even have a working prototype which is fully tested. As a minister lots is expected from you but you have to give that environment to innovate. There is ZERO innovation.
