Alright, now that we know *what* an agent is, how does it actually work? When you ask for help on a task, the agent plans a series of steps and executes them directly in the application on your behalf, using the tools it has access to. Say you are booking a local service or trying to organize your inbox (which typically takes multiple steps): the AI model first plans how to achieve the task using its existing knowledge and then interacts with your inbox to execute the task. The agent will continue until it is confident the task has been successfully completed.

Alright, now that we know what an agent is, how does it actually work? Do you know what I love most about them as a ship? It’s obvious they’re not overthinking how to behave. If they want to touch, they do. If they want to hug, they do. If one of them initiates a move, the other doesn't hesitate to reciprocate in the sweetest way possible. There’s never any doubt between them. You don't see any awkwardness or rigidity with them. They just move in sync. I know there are many levels of chemistry out there, but to me there’s no dynamic more real and natural than theirs 🥹❤️‍🩹 #LenaMiu #ลีน่าหมิว

There’s a new social media trend where people post “My parents built their dream house in Mexico,” If you look at their accounts, they always currently live in America Here’s what’s happening - They illegally come here to work - They ship the US dollar back to Mexico - While working here they enrich themselves in Mexico and build their retirement homes - This robs America of our wealth and sends it to Mexico - This is why many illegals never learn the English language, apply for citizenship and always fly the Mexico flag They have no intention of ever becoming a citizen or flying the American flag. Save this for the next time your typography feels weird and you can’t explain why. Nine times out of ten, it’s line-height - the vertical space between lines of text that decides whether type feels confident or clumsy, readable or tiring. Headlines Compress them. ~1.05–1.25 is usually right. Headlines aren’t meant to be read carefully line by line. They’re meant to land as a shape. Tighter leading pulls words into a single visual block and makes the headline feel confident and intentional. One hard rule: ascenders and descenders should never touch. If your t’s and l’s are colliding with g’s and y’s, you’ve gone too far. Body text Do the opposite. Give it air. ~1.4–1.7, depending on the typeface, its x-height, and the line length. Body text is about endurance. Your reader shouldn’t notice the typography at all. If they’re aware of the type, something’s off. The goal is that they just keep going, paragraph after paragraph, without friction. In Framer, you can find the Line-height settings in the Text Panel > Line. And yes, this applies even if you’re using the same font for headlines and body text! Same font, same page, but they have completely different jobs - and different line height. What if some of the most important lessons you teach your kids happen at the dinner table? Healthy eating habits are much easier to build when children are young. That doesn't mean putting them on some strict diet or making every meal a battle. It means helping them understand that what they eat affects how they feel, how much energy they have, and how well their bodies function. Kids should learn to enjoy real, nutritious foods while also understanding that treats are treats. Learning to read labels, pay attention to portions, drink more water, and recognize how different foods make them feel can give them tools they'll use long after they leave home. Parents also have a huge influence simply by setting the example. Children notice what we eat, how often we eat it, and the way we talk about food. If healthy choices are a normal part of family life, they're much more likely to become normal choices for the child too. The goal isn't perfection. It's teaching awareness and giving kids the knowledge to eventually make good decisions for themselves. What kind of relationship with food are you helping your children build today?

Hills I will die on as an elementary school teacher, who just wrapped up my 32nd year teaching! 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something. God has blessed each of them with far more strengths and talents than we may know, and it’s not our job to tell them what they can’t do, but to help them to realize all the things they CAN do. 10. The legacy you leave as a teacher will never be determined by your student’s test scores, but by the human beings you helped them become throughout their lives.

A company posted this on the premises for theri employees. Nowadays, majority of folks have their cells on them at all times, especially at work. They state charging your phone/electronic devices is theft as well. How would you react if this were your company? I get companies have policies, and if you work for them, to follow the rules.
