modern columbo

Only a true Columbo nerd could create a sketch so perfect

Guilty.

@OliasDave The music choice was awesome too.

@OliasDave Taken from very early Columbo episodes.

Brilliant. The raised hand on leaving. Oh my god.

Haha. Thank you!

I admit that I was waiting for Columbo to be a device to satirise YouTube. But just doing it straight up is so much better. A lovely, well-observed homage.

Brilliant. Got the accent. Got the pauses. Got the delivery of speech and acting. I loved columbo show. Is there a part 2 where he gets arrested

ha. possibly.

You know #Columbo 👍🏾. Both characters are excellent, love the accent, ‘algorithm’ very good, just showed my wife this, she also loved it… 🤣🤣🤣 . You done it again #MS 👊🏾

thank you!

Tell me you have seen Pokerface. If not, you will love it.

I have, it's good fun.

New series incoming Columbo Next Door?

Wonderful attention to detail. Great work.

Thank you for watching!

How long did this take? Cos it’s perfect.

Two hours to write, two hours to act? Something like that. It helps if you've binge-watched every episode of Columbo within three months. Thank you for watching anyway!

Genius. Peter Falk lives again. Every part of this was perfection: hat tipped 🎩

thank you!

I'm a HUGE Columbo fan, and i just gotta say sir, I got a big kick outta that. perfect

i'm glad! thank you.

Excellent, even got the musical stings right 😆

love the music!

As a massive Columbo fan, I loved it! Thank you 🙏🏼

Thanks for watching!

Absolute genius, the hand postures, the accent and making Columbo look like he could easily fit into modern day life 😂😄

thank you!

Absolutely brilliant, I was completely hooked. Fantastic Columbo impersonation too.

thank you!

Fantastic work Mr Spicer. Simply fantastic❤️

"Could I get your autograph, sir? Not for me, you understand, but for my wife, sir. She thinks you're terrific" "Certainly, Lieutenant, it would be my pleasure. What's her name?" "It's Mrs Columbo, sir. Shall I spell that for you?" "If you would" "It's M R S - Columbo..."

Wonderful. Would watch a whole ep. Amazing that you got Stephen J Cannell to play the bad guy.

he was free

Don’t tell Equity.

Can't remember waiting for the 'just one other thing...' for nearly 5 minutes before. 🤣

if you're watching Columbo, then everything in the world's going to be OK... ;)

Perfection

This was superb, thank you! Very…polished

Thank you for watching!

Nailed it 👏🏻😂

I enjoyed that.

Love this! 😍 Thank you for that! 😊

What is going on inside your head on a daily basis that you end up writing this? 10/10. Not notes.

Brilliant. 3 hours longer, back to back episodes & Robert Culp doing another guest appearance, you’d never know the difference.

This is awesome! I fkin love columbo

This is class, Michael 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️👍🏻

Brilliant… love Columbo’s “… just one more thing…” 😀👍

Ohh just one more thing... that was awesome 👌

Wow. Nailed it.

Brilliant...now do Barnaby Jones!

Columbo is just the best
