No wholesale/ mechanical changes are made until we know, for certain, the ability to get guys out is not there with the current stuff/Arsenal. Phase 1 targeted workloads & Habits, more specifically the variation of volumes and intensities of throwing days. Breaking up the fall in phases allows the important things stay important. And each phase the goals are different, for each pitcher. #StayCocky⚡️
