A little update on Yuki ❤ She's had a few medicated baths along with her med's and is looking a lot cleaner. Her skin problems are also showing signs of improvement already 😍 At the moment she's still very fragile, but she has the will to get better 💪💪💪 At first, all she wanted to do was lay down in her bed, which is understandable because her body needs to start to recover. She's now started to take little walks, so we've covered her bare skin with a T-shirt to avoid sun burn. We're so happy that she's taking these little steps! 😍🐶🥰 Yuki's currently on 4 small meals of recovery food daily, to allow her stomach to get used to digesting again. She's actually getting up to go and eat when she smells the food now, which is wonderful 😊 She's still struggling to walk and has quite a way to go before she's fully fit, but all the signs seem to be good! She's definitely going in the right direction 😊💪🐶❤❤❤ Yuki is only one of many we're helping by providing food, shelter, veterinary care, medication and a dedicated team to give them all the love and care they need. We're almost running on empty and it's a constant struggle to bring in the donations we need to help them. ANY amount helps us to continue to do this work. We desperately need donations to get us from month to month! Eastbound traffic rides the jet stream’s tailwinds for speed and efficiency; westbound flights step away from that river of air, trading distance for fewer headwinds and a smoother, more economical crossing. The sky itself is the variable, and the routes adapt to it. It’s a reminder that aviation is less about conquering nature and more about cooperating with it, listening to the winds, respecting geography, and letting physics do its quiet work. It was founded on shaky grounds: “We can’t live with Hindus; therefore, we need a separate country.” And then it left half of the subcontinent’s Muslims in India. Indian Muslims are much better off than Pakistani Muslims. Pakistanis are just like any other people. They are born with strong feelings of loyalty towards their native tribe. But ask yourself, what is it that you actually like about Pakistan? Its people? The same people who will rob you at the first opportunity they get the moment you step out of your house? Or its political leaders, who have fattened their foreign bank accounts at your expense? Or maybe Pakistanis living abroad? Imran Khan used to say, “These same Pakistanis become model citizens when they go abroad.” Again, a self-praising, self-congratulatory statement without any basis. Look at the latest crime statistics from European countries. Pakistanis are almost always overrepresented. When Pakistanis are not in jail over criminal matters, they go to jail on terror related offences. They are at the forefront of every Islamist movement. Or do you like the mountains? Pakistanis love to say the northern parts of Pakistan are even “better than Switzerland”, something no foreigner has ever said. 99.99% of Pakistanis have never even been to Switzerland, yet they’re perfectly happy to make the comparison. This tells us that Pakistanis are collectively, socially, politically, and even religiously (by their own admission) failures. Hence my conclusion: it’s a failed country. Individual Pakistanis can be brilliant—like me 😏

In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, At The Gates These three were some of the first bands I got into after initially getting into metal. We’ve toured with In Flames 6 times now since 2005; and it’s been amazing to be able to go from a super fan, to a peer, to close friends with IF. We were so excited to be invited to In Flames’ incredible festival; then to be able to guest on my favorite In Flames song ever; to be able to watch Dark Tranquillity from right in the middle of the crowd; and to see Anders and Mikael’s touching tribute to Tomas Lindberg (another hero who I was able to meet briefly years back - and I’m happy I was able to tell him what a massive inspiration he and all his music has been to me) - and also to be able to take part in that tribute alongside Anders and Mikael. I could go on forever about how unreal last night was - but to sum it up: to be in the birthplace of a genre that helped make me who I am, and be able to share the stage with two of my icons of music - and be able to call them friends - is otherworldly.
