They emerged around 2 am. Some changed their dirty clothes and gear on the street and left in vehicles NYPD says this is illegal trespassing and hasn’t made any arrests People around the areas said it was very suspicious From what I can tell they have no idea what is going on “officially”. I know they lowered cameras down to try and figure it out and then deemed it as no hazards
