Help me understand America. Why is it that liberal athletes are celebrated for speaking out politically, while conservative athletes are criticized for doing the same thing? When athletes supported Obama, they were praised by the media, corporations, sports leagues, and Hollywood. Nobody called it “dangerous” or “polarizing.” The same thing happened in 2016, when many athletes attended Hillary Clinton rallies, publicly supported her, and openly campaigned for her. But when conservative athletes express their opinions, they are told to stay quiet, while liberal athletes are applauded for doing the exact same thing. Americans can see the double standard.

The biggest mistake I see people make when they start carnivore is the same mistake I made. Trying to do everything perfectly from day one. That is not a plan. That is a setup for failure. Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. You do not have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to start. 👑

The NCAA is bracing for “blind transfers,” where a player transfers without ever entering the portal. 🤯 👉 With the spring portal window gone, the NCAA expects more of these moves and is discussing major penalties for schools that take them, including a 6-game head coach suspension, fines tied to the football budget, and loss of roster spots. But how can these penalties be enforced when the current contracts do not employ players to be athletes? They are just NIL deals… 🤷‍♂️ Thats’s why at Athletes.org we’re building the first players association for college athletes, because the only way to fix this is to give the athletes the seat at the table that they deserve. 🤝

But when you talk about a program and culture and standards, it's everybody. It's not just the coaches, it's not just the players, it's the support staff, it's the administration, heck it's the chancellor, it's everybody."
