When Just Meghan Markle Isn’t Enough. One of the funniest examples of media manipulation is how they constantly refer to Catherine as “Kate Middleton” while bending over backwards to call Meghan “the Duchess of Sussex” in every other sentence. What makes it so amusing is that “Kate Middleton” still outshines “The Duchess of Sussex.” Catherine doesn’t need a title to be recognised, admired, respected, or loved. Call her Kate Middleton, Catherine, Princess of Wales, or future Queen - people know exactly who she is. Meanwhile, the endless insistence on “Duchess of Sussex” for Meghan, despite her no longer being a working royal and despite years of attacking the institution that granted the title, creates the opposite impression. It proves that “Meghan Markle” alone isn’t enough to carry the headline. Catherine never has to lean on hers. However, Meghan Markle needs HRH on a gift basket sent to a so called friend and “Meghan, Duchess of Sussex” announced when a journalist arrives for an interview, despite there reportedly being only two people there. Talk about overcompensating. 🤭 That constant need to attach the title to everything doesn’t make her seem more important. It highlights how little standalone impact “Meghan Markle” actually has. And to everyone who claims to hate the monarchy while insisting on calling her “The Duchess of Sussex” at every opportunity, thanks for proving the point. If titles are so meaningless and outdated, why cling to this one so desperately? The truth is, you’re not promoting Meghan Markle. You’re promoting the title. And in doing so, you’re highlighting exactly how much of the appeal is tied to being a Duchess rather than simply being Meghan Markle. I understand the frustration. She’ll never be the future Queen. But the constant reliance on the title only reinforces what many of you are trying so hard to deny: Meghan Markle alone isn’t enough.

Exhibit A in “How to ruin your own life before 25”: Almost-25-year-old rolls into a tattoo shop to cover up her latest regrettable elbow decision… and the artist simply notices reality: rainbow hair, face tattoos that look like they lost a bet with a Sharpie, lip piercings straight out of a “hire me never” starter pack, neck barbed wire (peak approachable energy), spiderweb for extra edge, and hands covered in enough random symbols to qualify as a walking “do not hire” sign. Artist: “How old are you?” “Almost 25.” Artist: “That’s a lot going on with your face for somebody who’s not even 25 yet.” Our protagonist’s brilliant defense? “I only have two face tattoos” while frantically pointing at their forehead, eye drips, neck, and hands like they’re counting participation trophies. Then they hit 13. Because apparently everything from the neck up (and the hands) doesn’t count if you squint hard enough and lie to yourself. Nothing says “I make excellent long-term decisions” like turning your face and hands into a permanent billboard for “I peaked during my edgy phase and now I’m surprised the world treats me accordingly.” The artist didn’t “judge.” They observed the obvious consequences of a string of poor choices and had the audacity to say it out loud. This is NOT peak self-expression and empowerment. It’s a masterclass in making every future job interview, relationship, and opportunity harder than it needed to be.

Achilles’ lament for his friend Patroclus is described by Homer in a unique way. Of course, the movie didn’t show it. So here is what actually happened: Patroclus' body was burned on a great pyre, and his ashes were placed in an urn that was given to Achilles to keep in his tent. Achilles even requested that when he himself died, Patroclus' ashes be mixed with his own remains so that the two friends would be buried together for eternity. The ceremonies ended with funeral games in honor of the dead. In these, Achilles offered many and valuable prizes as the organizer. In the end, he even declared Agamemnon the winner in the spear fight. Briseis, in her lament over Patroclus' body, weeps as she remembers him and mentions that he was so kind while alive that he told her he would make her the lawful wife of Achilles and bring her to Phthia. In the Iliad, Book 19 (T), lines 295-300 we read: "You alone would not let me weep, and you used to say that you would make me the lawful wife of Achilles, and bring me to Phthia to celebrate the wedding among the Myrmidons who dwell there; for this kindness of yours I weep for you so bitterly." Achilles mourns and says that he hoped he alone would be killed in Troy and that Patroclus would return to Phthia and bring his son Neoptolemus to Phthia to show him the servants and the palace. Clearly, therefore, Achilles intended Patroclus to be the guardian of his child. In the Iliad, Book 19 (T), lines 315-330 we read: "Once, hapless one, you too, dear friend of my heart, would quickly and properly prepare a meal here, when the Achaeans were eager to bring much-lamented Ares against the horse-taming Trojans; now you lie dead, and the longing for you does not let me eat or drink, for I could not suffer a worse evil even if I heard that my old father had died, who is wasting away in Phthia with tears, missing such a son, while I remain far away, fighting the Trojans in a foreign land because of hated Helen; or that child of mine who is being raised in Scyros, the godlike Neoptolemus, if he still lives. I had another hope deep in my soul, that I alone would perish far from horse-breeding Argos here in Troy, and that you would return to Phthia and bring the child from Scyros in the ship and lead him with you and show him everything, my possessions, my servants, and the high palace." Friendship in Greece was a sacred institution protected by "Zeus Philios" (Zeus of Friendship). These two heroes were companions, fellow warriors, dear friends, and relatives.

🥚 **Explanation of Chicken Math** 🥚: A warning for future chicken owners (and husbands). I have 9 chickens and 1 rooster. One of my hens hatched 4 more babies on Easter Sunday. Now I have 13 chickens (and a rooster). I should have been good after this, right? Wrong. One of my chickens, “Blue,” was very broody and wanted to hoard eggs so badly. So, I finally decided to give her 3–4 eggs and just see what would happen. I wasn’t even sure if they were fertile. I marked them so we wouldn’t gather them and let her have them. Mind you, they were all laid on the same day. As the weeks passed, she continued to hoard other eggs, many times creating a massive pile for herself and sometimes abandoning the marked eggs altogether for a larger pile. In my head, I thought, “There’s no way those eggs will hatch. She isn’t taking care of them properly.” But behold, on Friday, May 30th, ONE egg hatched. A precious little black baby with white spots was born. The other eggs showed no sign of life. I quickly moved the mom hen to a brooder box with her single baby. I moved her other marked eggs as well but had little faith they would hatch. A day later, none had hatched. Still no sign of life, and she had shoved them into a corner (meaning she was done with them and focusing on her single baby chick). Well, it’s not good for a baby to be alone. Chicks don’t do well without other chicks, so, naturally, I went to my feed store and grabbed two more chicks. They were crested, which means they have Afros. SO CUTE! Now, I have 16 total chickens and 1 rooster. Two days pass. It’s Monday. I forgot to toss the eggs that were abandoned by the mom. I go outside to clean out her brooder box and grab those rotten eggs. But lo! One of the abandoned eggs was hatching! And the baby had clearly been struggling to hatch for a while. The inner lining was very dry. My poor pregnant soul was immediately emotional and had to help this baby live! I assisted with the hatch, knowing that the mom hen would likely reject this baby. Sure enough, the mom rejected her once she was born. I waited for hours to see how the mom hen would react. She wanted nothing to do with her. The baby was small and had signs of dehydration and failure to thrive. But I didn’t want to lose this baby, not if I could do something about it. So, I grabbed her, placed her in a box with a heat lamp, and brought her inside, determined to raise her myself. But HARK! It’s not good for baby chicks to be alone. I called an expert, and the first thing she said was, “You need other babies to be with her; she probably won’t make it by herself.” So, again, I went to my feed store and bought two more crested Afro chicks. Now, I have 19 chickens (and my rooster). And chickens inside my house that I’ll likely still be taking care of even when my own baby is born. This is chicken math. And I don’t know why I do this to myself. In 6 weeks, I gained 10 more chickens. Totally by… accident.

How do babies assess danger? ⚠️ The ability to detect threats to one’s safety is an important survival mechanism. And your baby begins learning to do so almost immediately after birth. But when literally everything is new to them, how do infants determine what should make them wary? While there is some research to suggest an instinctual basis for the fear of certain stimuli (including potential predators), the primary way your baby assesses threats is social: They learn by watching you. Infants are keen observers of your facial expressions, eyes, body language, and tone of voice - and continually use this data to monitor and assess their own safety. When you’re comfortable in a situation your baby typically will be as well. But if you express apprehension or indicate stress, that can all turn on a dime. As they become more mobile and independent, toddlers begin a whole new process of assessing potential threats in comparison to their own growing abilities. And while they need lots of supervision (and can sometimes wildly overestimate their own levels of skill), it can also be fascinating to watch their cautious navigation of the world. Check out this new walker’s reaction to a large crack in the pavement. As she spots it, she stops dead in her tracks. Her hands jerk outward with surprise. She cautiously steps to the left, presumably to assess whether there is a way around the problem. (But alas, there isn’t.) Look what she does next. She turns her head over her shoulder to check in with Mom. It’s a shame that the original audio here has been replaced with music, but it’s not hard to imagine that Mom offers a bit of verbal reassurance in this moment. We don’t know exactly what she says, but its underlying message was almost certainly, “You’re alright.” And with this vote of confidence she begins the process of crossing the gap - first squatting to touch the level ground on the other side, then tenderly placing her foot onto the crack itself and shuffling over to the other side. The whole scene is a lovely window on her thinking as she assesses a potential threat - and a great reminder of the importance of trusted adult coaches as toddlers navigate a strange new world. This video isn’t for most people they’ll say it’s anti semitic unhinged and pure hate because it’s about time travel and the inevitable outcome of good and evil. But if it’s for you, you aren’t alone. From all my deplatformings and what I’ve seen I assume anyone with large public visibility is full of shit. I watched “them” kick my wife off airbandb and fire my mom. That being said….maybe I’m still easy to fool because deception and immorality on a long enough time scale is a horrible idea, so I naturally assume benevolence. I’ve had to force myself to see the wickedness in people. Ok…this may sound gay. But I think Candace Owens may be a real person. MILO told me she is, and although he’s a good hearted snake who has a folder on everyone, his judgment is solid. I always make fun of her for dating her husband a week on a zoom before getting engaged because that sounds objectively crazy. But I heard her admit that it obviously sounds crazy but it’s just how it happened. All I ever ask of people is they acknowledge reality. Like if Ben Shapiro was like “yes my head wobbles while I talk and I have evil dead eyes but deep down I’m cool” that would go a long way in my book. Anyway….Im really really pumped she’s talking about the darpa time travel shit. I had a chip on my shoulder when it was just the stuff we all got kicked off YouTube for as she’s “gaining new ground.” But I’m now genuinely pumped about the stuff she’s talking about and maybe I just want it to be true, but maybe she actually figured out how to do it on YouTube. The lie detection and vibe meter of a black female with a super rich mellow polite British guy may have cracked the code. Maybe he’s not gay maybe he’s just THAT fucking British.

‼️SHOCKING: Erika Kirk CAUGHT Doing Weird Shit With UNDERAGE Girls Again—This Sure Doesn't Help Her Beat Those GROOMING Allegations!😱 This video is from two high school girls who are part of Turning Point USA’s Club America program. They were invited to the grand opening of TPUSA’s Las Vegas HQ where Erika gave a speech. While they were outside near the food truck, Mikey McCoy noticed them and brought them over to meet Erika. What happened next is raising a lot of eyebrows — especially in light of the ongoing grooming allegations surrounding Erika. The girls described Erika immediately grabbing both of them and pulling them into an extremely tight, long bear hug with both arms. One of the girls said she was so shocked she started crying and her whole body was shaking while Erika just kept squeezing her. She said it felt intense". In my opinion, way too intense for someone she had never met before. Erika then signed both of their shirts, kept complimenting them, and told them how cute their shirts were. The girls were visibly overwhelmed and emotional afterward — one of them called her mom crying right after. Who grabs two random underage high school girls they’ve never met before and bear-hugs them that hard? Especially someone already facing serious allegations about inappropriate behavior with minors — including allegedly grooming her own best friend Tracy_ officially's daughter (who btw now works as Erika’s assistant). This is the same pattern people have been warning about. Erika seems to have a very specific way of interacting with young girls that makes a lot of people uncomfortable. This is also the exact type of predatory behavior that sex traffickers use to gain the trust of their victims. The grooming allegations were already bad enough. This kind of behavior isn’t helping her case at all. Watch the full clip below and tell me if this seems normal to you. My channel is under coordinated attack to bankrupt and silence this investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination. IS IT ADVISABLE TO MARRY A WOMAN WHO IS MORE CAREER-DRIVEN THAN YOU? Hello, friends. Welcome to another episode of Mr & Mrs Better Half. It is designed to strengthen marriages and relationships that will lead to marriage, with wisdom from God's Word. Sometimes ago, I asked some friends, ‘what do you think causes major friction in a marriage?’ One of the answers was money. On further probing, we got into one of the big money issues: “Finances are often problematic when the wife earns more.” A follow-up question: Since few earn millions on their 1st job, how did these women build their finances to surpass their husbands’? Again, we hit another interesting note- ‘some women are too ambitious! If they would just ‘chill’ things would be okay.’ This statement threw up so many questions. Should a wife deliberately go for a low-paying job to avoid earning more than her husband? Should she also perform poorly to ensure she doesn’t get promoted? If she’s offered a raise, should she refuse? Of course, these things sound silly but these are actual options some couples have considered in their homes to preserve the peace. Sometimes, the man actually starts out earning more but calamity strikes and his business/career goes downhill. So the once ‘balanced’ household turns upside down because the woman now pulls most of the financial weight. The big question you should ask is this. ‘Why should money (something so many seem to be chasing) which should make life easier become the very thing that can cause unhappiness? There are 4 things I would like you to consider today- Changing times, Culture, Acceptance and Attitude. A) Changing Times: Men, the days when women in the workplace were oddities have since gone. With advancements in technology, many of the more physical jobs have been taken over by machines. This means that there’s no reason women should be sidelined on the grounds of being physically weaker than men. This coupled with the realization of a woman’s right to express her intelligence means the world has made much progress where women in the workplace are concerned. Today there is hardly any industry where you will not find women doing remarkable things. As a result, it is not uncommon for husbands & wives to earn similar salaries or have the wives even bringing more. The truth is that most men like the added household income- who wouldn’t? The only thing is that they just want to earn more than their wives. This clearly becomes an issue of self-esteem and ego. Please understand that you can’t derive your sense of self from money. Many men think being a man is all about bringing in money. It takes a lot more than that to be a real man. Different things make a man. They include the ability to provide, lead, protect, nurture and love. Men you have to bring more to the table than just money to be an exemplary head of your household. So stop being hung up on money alone. (B) Let’s go to Culture. In the past women were touted as the homemakers while men barely lifted a finger in their homes. What men didn’t understand is that being a homemaker is a very marketable skill! A good homemaker is likely to be very skilled in people and money management, multi-tasking, negotiation skills, etc. You’d think that keeping a woman in the house would incapacitate her in the business terrain but you’d be wrong! Women develop the soft skills required for top-tier management quite early in life! Coupled with formal education, a woman who truly wants to succeed in business is a force to reckon with. Perhaps we should take a look at how we raise our sons these days. We might just be doing them a disservice! (C) Let’s discuss Acceptance. As a man, I understand one’s ego can take a pounding if your wife earns more. Single men dating ladies that earn more often vow to themselves that they'll turn the financial tables around before they get married or shortly after. Like it or not, this doesn’t always happen. Sometimes a woman’s gift will shoot her to the peak of her profession. What will you do? Will you kill yourself trying to earn more? Will you resent her success or do the mature and supportive thing and accept it? I have come to know a certain truth. As much as it might be your preference, who earns more in your relationship is not your call. I will repeat this. It is not your call to determine who earns more in this life. Everyone has a race to run. God has blessed everyone with a unique gift. You cannot determine the extent of another person’s potential. If you can't cope with a successful lady you actually have a problem with self-esteem which is not her problem; it’s yours. Single guys, when you court a lady, look beyond her hips, lips and fingertips and determine her inner ‘horsepower’. Can you envision whom she is likely to be if all things work out for her good? Will you be intimidated by her success? There are ladies who are incredibly brilliant, driven and ambitious. You can tell they are loaded from the onset. Such people tend to have a light shine on them and often end up in the public eye doing great things. You shouldn’t marry someone like that and try to cap her … you will kill her spirit, kill the marriage or kill yourself. Remember that your wife also wants to die empty. Your responsibility as a husband is to give her wings to fly. Be a real man, a secure man. Manage your ego and support her. Now if this is difficult for you to stomach, please don’t marry her. In your house, everyone should be a cheerleader urging each one to victory. If you know you've the tendency to be jealous of people’s progress or be competitive, marry wisely. More importantly, deal with this weakness. It’s a bad one & reeks of emotional immaturity. (D) Finally- Attitude. Sometimes the husbands try to be supportive but the attitudes of the wives make it very hard. I have already addressed the men on attitude and the need to build their self-confidence and be supportive of their wives, but now I’ll speak to the wives. To the women: Do you lord the fact that you earn more over your husband? Do you seize the reins and make the big decisions? If you keep cutting down your husband because you earn more money, you pull down your home with your hands. Please don’t get it twisted. The man remains the head of the home. Don’t let money or your position at work get to your head. Pride is unattractive in anyone and that includes you. Cultivate a gentle, quiet and humble spirit. It’s important to note that money or wealth will always amplify who you really are. If you are compassionate and respectful you will continue to be so regardless of the money you make. If you are crass, rude and disloyal, money will make that more apparent and cause problems in the home. Remember that marriage is a partnership. Your success is really “our success”. His support helped you become successful. Even if he has not been supportive still carry your blessing with decorum and don’t disrespect him. Remember the blessing comes from God. A woman that sees God’s perspective when it comes to the marriage institution will not misbehave when blessed. God has chosen to bless your family through you. Be humbled by the blessing and obedient to God’s order. To both man and wife: keep praying for each other’s success. Both of you should do your best, no one taking advantage of the other. Keep aspiring to get better and more productive. Keep pushing the limits and be the best you can be. God will cause joy to fill your home. I hope this has been helpful to you. I will be back next week with another topic. Until then, thanks for following and retweeting. May your marriages and relationships be sweet! #MrMrsBetterHalf

It’s possible to nurture independence in your toddler while maintaining attachment, trust, and safety. There’s a video that’s gone super viral this week. Maybe you’ve seen it? It shows a father and his toddler son walking down a path that is blocked, at a point, by a set of three low-hanging ropes. Dad steps over them easily, but they’re right at waist/chest level for his son. The father turns around to see how the toddler will navigate the obstacle and the little one lifts his arms, signaling for dad to lift him over the barrier. Instead, dad silently turns his back and walks away. Distressed, the toddler yells for his father and begins attempting to navigate the ropes. As he does he becomes entangled - at which point dad returns, picks the toddler up, places him back where he started, and again turns his back and walks off. After some effort - and several more distressed vocalizations - our hero finally does manage to make his way to the other side (at which point the father applauds and returns to congratulate him). The reaction has been split - with many praising the father for encouraging independence and problem solving and others less enamored. Count me in the second camp, but not because I disagree with his intent. The thing is that it’s possible to nurture independence without withdrawing safety, support, and encouragement. Contrast that video with this one of a toddler working hard to overcome an obstacle of her own. The challenge: descend a set of outdoor stairs. Both videos depict parents encouraging independence and problem solving. But where one parent goes radio silent, physically distances himself, and creates a needlessly stressful situation, the other stays in close proximity, providing reassurance and verbal encouragement… (before improvising an amazing “happy dance” song). Promoting appropriate levels of independence is a worthy goal (in both instances). But the approaches we take make a difference. Note that the mother here doesn’t intervene physically, leaving her toddler to navigate the challenge entirely on her own. (She actually provides less intervention than the father does in this regard.) What’s more, she provides no verbal instruction, limiting her comments to simple encouragements (“Let’s do it! Come on!”). But her actions and presence send a message that says “you can do it” rather than “I’m leaving.” Her approach promotes independence, attachment, and trust all at the same time. And that’s a combination that actually encourages problem solving. (Note that at the end of the video her daughter climbs back up the stairs to try the whole thing over again.) Be like this mom. This video - which is far more deserving of viral status - shared to IG by asheybashy.

Seedance 2.5 frozen time + rewind effect prompt is below 👇 Photorealistic cinematic 1950s American diner, chrome stools, red vinyl, neon glow and checkerboard floor, shot with modern lived-in realism and soft natural window light. Subtle handheld texture, warm practicals, rich period detail, heavy film grain. 0-4s: [Medium Wide] A striking young woman in her early 20s sits alone at the counter, calm and slightly amused, slowly sipping a tall thick milkshake through a straw. Behind her a young waitress in classic uniform approaches with a tray of eggs and bacon in one hand and a full glass coffee pot in the other. An older lady starts rising from a nearby booth. 4-8s: [Dynamic Tracking] The older lady collides hard into the waitress. Tray, plate, eggs, bacon and coffee pot explode upward in chaotic slow motion. Coffee erupts into long liquid ribbons and perfect suspended droplets. Camera immediately begins a smooth continuous orbit around the impact. Time locks completely at the peak of the spill. Every face freezes in pure shock. Only the girl at the counter keeps moving, completely unfazed. 8-17s: [Slow 360° Orbital] Camera glides in a full elegant orbit through the frozen diner. Coffee hangs in mid-air as glassy ribbons and spheres with perfect volume and surface tension. Bacon strips, eggs and the spinning tray float weightlessly. Patrons and waitress remain locked in startled expressions. The girl at the counter takes one slow, deliberate sip, eyes half-lidded, almost bored, while the entire frozen world (except her) begins an elegant reverse: every droplet, every piece of food and every person rewinds smoothly back to the exact starting positions. 17-24s: [Medium Shot] Rewind lands perfectly. Waitress stands balanced again with tray and coffee pot. The girl lifts her eyes, raises two fingers in a small casual gesture and softly calls the waitress by name. The waitress turns toward her just before the older lady begins to stand, completely avoiding the collision. A tiny private smile crosses the girl’s face. 24-30s: [Extreme Close-Up] Hard cut to her face as she takes one last slow sip. Soft knowing smile, eyes almost closed in quiet satisfaction, like she has done this a hundred times. Shallow depth of field, creamy bokeh of the neon diner behind her. Photorealistic, ultra-detailed fluid physics, perfect motion blur only on moving elements, stable characters, cinematic lighting, heavy natural film grain, no artifacts, movie-level temporal coherence, high rewatch value. 30 seconds long is the new AI standard! hope you like it 🫡

🚨 While fraudsters were quietly stealing millions from Ohio Medicaid, real families were the ones paying the price. Meet Marlana Kendricks (@_hotmomlanaa). This Cleveland mom drove hours to Columbus not to defend fraud—but to beg lawmakers to see the human beings caught in the crossfire. Her son has a developmental disability. Like thousands of other Ohio families, they rely on Medicaid-supported home health care and family caregivers so he can live safely at home in his community—instead of being forced into an institution or nursing home. For years, a small number of bad-actor home health providers allegedly raked in tens (possibly hundreds) of millions by billing for care that was never given. They used unqualified people, forged documents, and exploited loopholes while the system looked the other way. That fraud wasn’t victimless. It drained resources meant for our most vulnerable kids and seniors. It eroded trust. It forced honest families like Marlana’s to fight twice as hard just to keep basic supports in place. Now the fraud has finally been exposed—and the response is coming down hard. Needed reforms like better tracking and penalties are in the new law. But when oversight was allowed to fail for so long, the crackdown brings real collateral damage: ⏺️ Disabled Ohioans and their families facing more bureaucracy, GPS tracking inside their own homes, and potential delays or disruptions in care. ⏺️ Overwhelmed parents and unpaid family caregivers already sacrificing jobs, health, and sanity—now worried the system that helps keep their loved ones at home could make it even harder. ⏺️ Legitimate small providers and aides getting caught in broad sweeps. ⏺️ Taxpayers who funded phantom care instead of real help. Marlana’s son and kids like him didn’t scam anyone. Their moms didn’t create the loopholes. They’re just trying to give their children dignity and safety. The fraud was allowed to get out of control. The innocent are the ones hurting—first from the theft of resources, now from the fallout. We can (and must) root out the criminals and fix the broken oversight. But we also have to protect the families who play by the rules and the kids who have no voice. (1/2) Last night's Aidan Kearney meltdown over his falling out with Karen Read on an X Space is the peak of catharsis and real-time online toxicity: It starts with the the bombshell claim about Aidan recorded Karen Read, moves to Karen's newly-released texts about being "done" with Aidan after "someone" sent a recording of that conversation to David Yannetti and Alan Jackson, then spirals into ad hominems, and ends with Kearney storming off to counter-publish. The flood of primary source documents posted on online overnight, thus, acts as the host's (Chris) victory lap over Kearney. FULL TRANSCRIPT; *(Cleaned for grammar/spelling, punctuated for flow, and line-broken for readability. Some errors are expected.)* **Aidan:** Am I on? **Host/Other:** You're on. **Aidan:** So who are you? Who is this? **Chris:** Don't worry about it. It doesn't matter who I am. **Aidan:** Well, it does. You're some fucking kangaroo court motherfucker talking about her. What the fuck do you know about anything? **Chris:** Well, I don't know exactly what you've been doing. **Aidan:** So what are your sources? What are your sources? What are your sources you're talking about? Huh? You don't know your sources? What do you talk about? No, your sources. Shut up. Let's see 'em. Let's see your sources. **Lily:** Hang on, Aidan. I'm the host. I'm Lily. **Aidan:** Yes, Lily. Hi, Lily. How are you? **Lily:** I'm good. I'm just going to wait. I know you may not know it, Chris, but you know me. And so I just wanted to say hi. **Aidan:** Yeah, I know, but this Koala motherfucker is up here making shit up, running his mouth nonsense. Let's see the receipts. I mean, what were you talking to Karen Read about? What are you talking about? Who the fuck are you? **Chris:** I'm asking you flat out: Did you or did you not record her phone calls between yourself and Karen? **Aidan:** I did not. I did not. **Chris:** Okay, so Karen is lying? **Aidan:** You talked to Karen Read? Karen isn't talking to anyone in the media, but she's talking to this call-the-motherfucker. That's what you're telling me right now. **Chris:** Like I said, If you want to go down this hill, stand ten toes down." **Aidan:** I'm calling you out because you're making shit up. **Chris:** Who? I'm not making anything up. I'm not making anything up. I'm not making anything up. **Aidan:** So let's see it. Let's see the fucking evidence. Let's see your communications with Karen Read where she says that. Let's see it. **Lily:** Hang on. Chris, you're going to have to provide the receipts. **Chris:** I'm going to tell you, the guy who's doing this—you know, he's going to put them out. **Chris:** Do you really want to prove it? You want to prove it to me? I've got all the mistakes that come out. I can't. Literally. Yeah. Yeah. Sure. What's that? Let's see it. Let's see it. Produce it. Tweet it out right now. **Aidan:** So I'm denying it—like, hardcore, 100%. I'm the guy you have to deny it to. I don't, because you've become a bit of a fuck-up. It's about as fucking legitimate as Lindsey trying to be a rake. Let's fucking see it, motherfucker. You got it, right? 'Cause I—accusations—I always bring fucking receipts. Where's your receipt, bitch? **Aidan:** You got 'em? **Chris:** I've got 'em now. I think you want me to be saying—to be honest—hang a room on the fucker with no receipt. **Aidan:** You got 'em? Yes or no? **Chris:** I've got a receipt. Where's your fuck? **Chris:** You just need, bro—you just need to like chill, because you're gonna have a lot of fucking neck on your face, because I don't really care. **Chris:** I said to the people who bought this story: If I end up having egg on my face, I'll put everyone's name in it, and I'm given—I have a... Just shut your fucking mouth for one fucking minute. **Aidan:** Right. Let's see it. **Chris:** I've just messaged the person. **Aidan:** Joe Flipp, you want to talk about a fucking psychopath? That motherfucker is—just, Joe Flipp. Really want to fucking go there?" 'Cause it's Joe. You can just say it's Nick from Philadelphia, isn't it? Yeah, I know all about Nick from Philadelphia. If you fucking want to go there and the fucking hell—that psychopath—what Olivia Lambo went through. You just don't want to come out. Does he want to talk about all that? Does he want to launch? **Chris:** Okay? You know what? How was your lunch with Meredith the other week. Fuck it. I don't care. How was your lunch with Meredith? How's your lunch with Meredith? **Aidan:**What the fuck? **Chris:** Chat, what, what am I talking about? How is your lunch with Meredith here? We got—you know what you want to do? You want to carry on and be a fuck with me here? I like you—always up. **Chris:** How was your lunch with Meredith a couple weeks ago, and what did you play for her? What the fuck are you talking about? Yeah, what the fuck am I talking about? You know exactly what I'm talking about. And I'm trying to do this respectfully, but you come in hot like you always do. So now I'm just gonna fucking do it. How was your lunch with Meredith the other week? **Aidan:** I didn't have one with Meredith. Yeah, bullshit. Okay, so that's it. So someone else is lying now. **Chris:** So you're gonna call Meredith a liar? Why? Meredith's a liar? **Aidan:** Are you talking to Meredith? **Chris:**I'm not talking to Meredith. **Aidan:** What are you talking about? **Chris:** Okay, well, so you have great Meredith in an Oscar. If you said that to Meredith, you just spread rumors. That's what you do—you don't spread any rumors. I want to laugh tonight about this. **Erika Walsh:** I warned you, Chris, about this last night. **Aidan:** You got no—Joe Flipp—fucking feeding you nonsense. That slimy psychopath, fucking nut job who called in Olivia's entire family to harass them—to the point where she had the fucking... Nothing to do with Olivia. And Joe's Flipp— **Chris:* this is to do with you. Stop deflecting, that motherfucker. **Aidan:** I'm telling you this—he's the one telling you this. **Chris:** I've been told by three different people. Three different people. There's people in this chat who know about this. There's people in chat—they won't stand up and say anything, but I know the people who know about this. **Aidan:** Bring all these lame cons up one by one so I can slam 'em down one by one, because none of you motherfuckers got a receipt to back up any of this shit. None of you do. Bring it. By adding them. **Chris:** Stand by. Stand by. Stand by. **Joe Flipperhead:** You have the text, bro. You know I saw the screenshot. **Aidan:** So we gonna talk about what you did to Olivia Lambo? We have a lot of things, dude. **Joe:** You're deflecting. When you... **Aidan:** You want to go there? Mark Bedderow? Oh, of being in on a fucking conspiracy against you? To tell us—if when we told you Olivia Lambo... You made us fucking get on a FaceTime with her because you thought she was dead. You thought you were being catfished by her, fucking... I was, and so we agreed to do a Zoom call with her. And when I called you and I told you Olivia Lambo is real—I just saw her face. What did you do? You accused me and Mark Bedderow of lying to you, of being in on it, because you are a fucking psychopathic motherfucker. And I didn't put it there because I don't want to fuck... **Joe:** Yeah, you did put it out there, though. If you want to get into the Olivia thing, that's fine, and I'll go down that road. But you're calling me a psychopath You fucking recorded Karen Read's fucking calls and sent them to people. **Chris:** I'm just gonna keep muting him because he's yelling. You can say it. **Aidan:** Is this Lily's space or yours? **Joe:** I have the text, dude. I'll put it on one of our... Your—She told me she's fucking done with you, dude. **Aidan:** All right. I'm going on my own right now. I'm calling out fucking Joe Flipp-ed life. If I get muted one more fucking time. I'm gonna do a whole fucking... Thank you. I'm publishing all your fucking texts—the whole world can see what a fucking sadistic psychopath you are. You controlling predator piece of shit. You fucking go there. **Chris:** This is completely the actions of a normal innocent person. **Aidan:* You're a pyscho freak. **Joe:** Yeah, says the guy that recorded Karen. **Aidan:** Oh, yeah, let's hear it. See the fucking recording. Can I hear it? **Joe:** I got the text saying you recorded. But the text says there's a recording, so where's the fucking recording? *Aidan:** Hey, let's hear Joe. Why? I just got asked if I'm—what would you say if I'm a massage in this? Like, go— **Joe:** Why does Liv still text me to this day? **Aidan:** You text her. Oh, you want to see the receipts, dude? I've seen the receipts—all of them. Okay, I got all the receipts. **Joe:** You got the August ones, the September ones where she misses me and hates how things ended? You got those? Fuck, I see 'em. Publish 'em. I will do it. I don't plan—I talk about you. Go for it. **Chris:** You're doing everything back. **Joe:** When I told you how she wouldn't FaceTime me for three months, how she puts up month-old pictures if you wouldn't fucking... **Aidan:** Yeah, you know why? You know why she wouldn't do that? She's just not into you. Ever have you do this with every girl you fucking talk to? **Joe:**You said to me, after reading the text from her sister— **Chris:** Says the guy who is swining on a 19-year old. **Joe:** You said Aidan, that she said to you, "she's love with you," bro. That's what you said. She's in love with you. That's what you said. Yeah, when her sister—and then he can get you caught by somebody. Let's just get back to you. Deflection from Aidan, who doesn't want to be on the line. **Joe:** As you wish—she wouldn't FaceTime me. She wouldn't meet up with me, and she lied to me constantly. Yeah, why would she meet up? **Aidan:** Maybe she's just not that into you. Ever think about that? Maybe she's just not that into you. Maybe you saw the text. I know, I know—it's hard for you to accept that the girl just doesn't want you. You have to accept the person doesn't want nothing to do with you, isn't it? I did, and you got clingy and possessive. And so she fucking stopped talking to you, so you called her mother and you talked—you don't even know because you're psychotic, bro. I'm fucking... you. *Joe:** You're just deflecting, bro. This is fucking pathetic. I'm not your one. She's talking about this. **Aidan:** I got no fucking thing—you—you are a fucking psychopath. **Joe:** You're first of all—she doesn't want you to fucking be talking about this because why? **Aidan:** You're the one fucking airing it out now, motherfucker. **Chris:** You're the one airing it because you got caught recording Karen. **Aidan:** So let's hear the recording. Let's play the recording. You got a recording of me, right? **Joe:** I know you did it, dude. **Aidan:** What? **Joe:** I know you recorded. Are you lying? Karen Read's a liar? All right, am I...? **Aidan:** You are the fucking coward. Where's the recording? What recording you talking about? You're—you're— **Joe:** You're accusing Karen Read of lying about this? **Aidan:** Yes. **Joe:** You're really—are you really serious? How many fucking—serious? **Aidan:** Let's hear the fucking recording. **Lily** Chris or Joe? Please play it. Did it? You didn't have... for people. Can you please provide a receipt? Just like I think it's fair. **Joe:** Aidan has it. **Aidan:: I thought you had it. I thought you had it. Let's hear it. Let's hear the recording. **Joe:** All right, you sent me the text that I sent. You haven't... **Aidan:** Yeah, let's—so let's hear the actual recording. Does it exist, though? **Joe:** So Karen is lying. **Aidan:: Karen Read would never lie (sarcastic tone). Oh, yeah. **Chris:** True color. *Joe:** So yeah, let me just run this: You recorded it. You recorded the conversation. You showed it to people, and then the very next day she randomly accused you of fucking doing it. That's what happened. That's what your story is, right? **Aidan:** There's no fucking recording. **Joe:** There is, dude. Where is it? **Aidan:** So let me hear it. Play it. **Joe:** I don't fucking have it. **Aidan:** Oh, you don't know if there's a recording, do you? Thank you. Because you're full of shit. I know—I just fucking caught you. That's what you just said. Those—bring it up here. I talked to somebody—bring her up here. Bring Karen Read up here, bro. You talked to her? Bring her on up here. **Joe:** I spoke to somebody that you played the recording for. Okay, oh—you know, just—I just say I've already said it, so just say it. Okay, I said I wanted to not say her name, but you know who—you played it for. **Aidan:** I haven't played it for anyone just— there's no recording. **Joe:** Stop fucking lying. Let's hear it from the point. *Aidan:** Let's hear it. Let's hear it. **Joe:** Aidan, this is fucking crazy, dude. **Aidan:** I'm not the one that fucking caught it—got blocked by Olivia's mother, and fucking brother... **Joe** Here we go. This is deflecting, and dude—that's admitting how fucking guilty you are right here. **Aidan:** Let's hear a fucking recording. You said you got a fucking recording, right? **Joe:** Nobody said that. We said—oh, Karen Read doesn't want to talk to you anymore because you recorded her calls, set them to people, and it got back to her. **Chris:** I got a question for you, Aidan, I didn't know—so sure. When you went on your little pity party and then you— **Joe:** The worst part is you lied to everybody acting on it. You had no idea what was wrong and why she she fucking set you straight—trying to get sympathy. That, my friend, is fucking psychotic. **Aidan:** Okay, okay, sure thing. Yeah, you said I sent the recording out. Where's the recording? *Joe:** Dude? It's not—I'm not obligated to fucking get the recording. **Aidan:** Oh, yeah, you wouldn't want to back it up, right? **Joe:** You're so—you're going to go on record that Karen is lying? Say it. You're caling Karen Read a liar about this. **Aidan:** There is no fucking recording. **Joe:** You're lying, dude. It's fucking crazy. This is what's here. It—play the note. You played it for somebody. You got it. I don't got it. **Aidan:** Let's hear you play it. You're the one that says there's a fucking record. **Chris:** I mean, that's—you have a history of recording people. **Lily:** Wait, we have—well, I feel like we have a responsibility as me as a host to Chris and... You're both—you're actually both not providing a receipt, and I'm—Aidan is actually asking for a receipt. I have to—for the recording. **Joe and Chris** He has—asking for the recording. **Lily:** You guys—she has which he sent to—we know I said. So who has it? One of the receipts. I know you're not gonna have— **Aidan:: you don't have the recording because— **Lily:** Just fucking say it. Karen doesn't want the recording out there. **Aidan:** What recording? There's no recording. **Joe:** Never even asked her for it, to be honest with you. **Aidan:** And so you wait—yeah, you never asked. Thank you—you never asked. **Joe:** Karen is fucking so done with you, bro. She sent—she told me about this completely unsolicited. **Lily:**That's beside the point, and I'm not the first—(Joe) Karen's done with him, ..but what the fuck—just post the fucking receipt for him. **Chris:** You can't come on here saying he has it, Lily. He's seen the same thing you've seen. He's even seen the same thing that I showed you. **Lily:** I know. You don't come on here and say I've got this, and then Aidan demands a receipt—you deserve. Okay... **Joe:** He's deflecting, asking for a recording he knows about the text. **Lily:** Yeah, I know, Joe. I get what you're saying, and I respect every—like what you're saying, but he's denying it. **Joe:** Fine, I'll post the fuck—I'll post them right now. I really don't give a fuck. **Lily:** Thank you. And that's immense—he can—he can then riff like whatever he can. I can't—I'm so like nervous. I've got dry mouth because... Then Aidan can like look at those, and he at least has—you know exactly what's been spoken about. He's just denying it. I can't say that, and I get it, but he is asking for the receipt, which is fair. And **Joe:** I'll even add the text message when he came on here initially. He said it was all alive, right? He said he sent me—fucking text message on Monday morning. **Lily:** I see it. We've established that now. We established that Aidan's denying it, so just post the receipt that you have, and then he can actually reflect on that and—and do you see what I mean? He's not gonna turn around now and say actually it is true. But if you've got the receipt, he can then say, "I will—this is x, y and z there." I just think it's fair—like... **Aidan:** Now, yeah, what he has is a screenshot that he claims is from Karen Read. It was— **Joe:** You're saying it's not from Karen Read. **Aidan:** I don't—there's no fucking name on the top. **Joe:** Yeah, I have it. Do you want me to read? **Aidan:** Okay, so there was an allegation? I'm reading. **Joe:** Do I have a text from you saying I was sent the same thing the morning after the verdict? Did you not say that to me? **Aidan:** Yes, you sent me the same thing the morning after the verdict. **Joe:** Okay, so then she sent it to me too. **Aidan:** Yeah, she knows—she said to me the morning after the Wilbur—she after the morning after the show, she said that she was sent a 30-minute fucking tape. Where's the fuck? What tape? Okay, she's not fucking accusing me. I have no—there's no fucking tape. There's no tape. She thinks I recorded her because I fucking told people about the conversation. That's it. **Joe:** You're telling me you didn't? **Aidan:: And I'm telling you I fucking didn't. You're wrong. **Joe:** 100% You're lying, dude. **Aidan:** Okay, so prove it. Let's see it. You got evidence, right? You like evidence? You got Any? **Joe**: I mean—I—a screenshot of—how many people did you send it to? **Aidan:** Zero, because there's no recording. **Joe:** There is. **Aidan:** Let's hear it. Play it. Let's play it. Let's go. **Joe:** Let's hold on. Let's hold on. Can I go real quick? So you come in here calling it—you were making fun of Chris because he's an Australian motherfucker. He doesn't have nothing, right? You said there was no text, no proof. And then now we're transitioning to the recording because I don't have the recording. Okay, so you think Karen Read is just fucking lying about this? How would she know? How would she know what about the recording? **Aidan:** There is no recording. **Joe:** You're telling me you didn't show it to anybody? Is that really what you're gonna tell people? **Aidan:**There's no recording to share with anyone. Okay, okay. Well, I mean, you got evidence, right? To back this up. **Joe:** Yeah, right. **Aidan:: You got something, right? Yeah, yeah. Did you been right? I mean, you have that, right? You have that right because you wouldn't say something—because if you know I had it, right? **Joe:** I have—why Karen Read won't speak to you. **Aidan:** You have a screenshot of a conversation with Karen Read. You don't have an actual fucking audio, though. **Joe:** I have—in Karen Read's words. Why do you think she would lie about this? **Aidan:** Do I think she would lie about having a recording? **Joe:** She wouldn't lie about this. Explain that one—about having a recording. **Aidan:** Yes, I know she's lying about that. **Joe:** Why, though? **Aidan:** I don't know why Karen is acting the way she is. It's unfortunate. Yeah, and honestly, I'm not the one—you're a fucking airing it all out right now. That's odd that Karen would green-light you coming on here and fucking doing this. That's kind of odd. Because I love you—notice, but like—kind of yeah, we raised 1.1 million fucking dollars for a little... Here I know—here, I'm here. I'm here. There's still a— **Chris;** there's no because you—still a fucking snake. Yeah, I know. He records people's phone calls. **Aidan:: Let's hear the tape. Let's hear the tape. You're the one making—you guys got nothing. Nothing. Nothing. I just sent the fucking text out. Just say—there you go, buddy. **Aidan:** Okay, so Karen Read is green-lighting this sort of drama? That's what you're saying? **Joe:** I asked her. I said—you asked her? She said yes, go ahead. I said, do you want your side out there? She said, 'sure. You're gonna read it? Sure. I told many people my side. This is my last straw. I would never and have never betrayed him. Meanwhile, he has put me in harm's way in a huge way multiple times.' **Aidan:** I put her—fucking words, okay? Not mine. Yep. Okay. I put Karen Read in harm's way? I went to jail for Karen Read. I don't know if you're familiar. **Chris:** You didn't go to jail for Karen Read, you fuck. **Aidan:** Oh, really? Then what am I on bail for? What is—the full—what's the full? **Chris:** You went to jail for Karen Read? You went to jail because of Lindsey. You went to jail because you're a fucking dick. **Aidan:** Why was I on bail? I think you're a fuck—while you're on bail. I'm saying because—why would I care? Maybe someone in the night— **Chris:** hey, you're full of shit. You're a fucking hell. **Aidan:** What the fuck was I on bail for? **Joe** Because they may know that—if you didn't record it, why are you being so hush-hush about it with everybody? Why would he just tell the people what she was saying since she's lying? What do you mean hush-hush about it? **Aidan** You think I won't talk about what she texted me? But you were hinting at it because I don't want to hear the fucking drama, but apparently she does because she's—you fucking do this because you're recording. Thank you. You're telling me no recording of any fucking phone calls? What's the—what's the fight? So you weren't mocking her the past however long—every time you went on the show saying you owe everything to Karen, all that shit? How is that little white lie? **Aidan:** I owe everything to Karen? What? Why is that little sub-story? You went on two weeks—how is that mocking her? That wasn't in the recording. What recording? There's no fucking recording. **Joe:** I heard it was a 10-minute recording. Does that make sense? **Aidan:** No recording, bro. Let's hear it. You heard it. Let's hear it. **Joe:** Dude, I'm not putting that part out here. **Aidan:** She's talking about her shit. What she's texting you right now—obviously. Who egging this on, isn't she? **Joe:** Who? Okay? Okay, who? Keep playing dumb. Hey—who? **Aidan:** Mm-hmm? Believe it or not—you guys got nothing, right? **Chris;** We got good—from the horse's mouth, mate. I mean, it's not over the horse. Yeah, that's enough for me. I don't need... **Aidan:** Karen's not talking to anyone in the media. **Joe:** If you read the text message, I just reached out to her as a friend—just to reach out and say hope you're doing well. She went into this whole thing about you. **Aidan:** So you reached out—let me get this right—you reached out to her just to say hope you're doing well, and the first thing she did was complain about me? **Joe:** Yes, okay. That says it all. There we go. Where is she? Tired of me? Maybe she's fucking tired of you telling the people bullshit. **Aidan:** What—what—what—what—what bullshit have I told people? That you have no idea why she won't fucking come on your whatever it is. **Aidan:** What do you mean I have no idea why? **Joe:** That's what you've been saying—you don't know what's going on, like you feel a bit sorry for—like the thing with the fucking Howie Carr, dude. That was ridiculous. **Aidan:** What was ridiculous? You're the entire way you handled—I didn't say a word about that. **Chris:** Yes, you did. You deleted the receipt, but let's see—where did I complain about her appearance on Howie Carr? You made a lot of all quiet. Oh, this fuck it. Oh... **Joe:** Wait, but you think we're fucking dumb? Do people are fucking dumb? So where did I—after you deleted it, and then you made a post about deleting it. **Aidan:** What did I say about it? I don't remember. **Chris:** But you don't remember? Yeah, you deleted it, bro. You deleted it. Yeah, remember? You deleted it. And then you made a post about the deleting of the post. Part 2 coming later.

Analyzing Episode 54. Season 2 aka Disruption by Design When you first watch episode 54, your focus immediately goes to how the bad guys keep winning. Be it Ecmel, Boran, Demir - all the aholes seem to be living it up. But scratch the surface, and another concept appears entirely. Destino, Karma, Kader, Fate - call it whatever you want. That's what I want you to remember as we don our Sherlock caps for yet another analysis. I've divided the whole thing into segments based on characters for easier navigation and understanding. So, here goes nothing. * Sadakat One of the characters to truly surprise me this episode was Sadakat. My vitriolic hatred for this woman is no hidden fact, but this one episode managed to make me see her side of things for once. And, maybe even understand her a little. We were all shocked by the scene where Nare, Alya, and Sadakat are talking about Boran and Cihan. I was mostly surprised because, for once, in 54 freaking episodes, Sadakat accepts her fault and doesn't look for a scapegoat. Her dialogues serve to impart extremely important points about herself, Boran, and Cihan, and how her upbringing helped shape the present circumstances. She admits that she was always afraid of the shadow of Ecmel lurking within Boran, which causes her to hand leadership to Cihan and keep Boran away from everything. But, in trying to protect her family and Albora, Sadakat inadvertently brings about the very thing she fears most - Boran becoming another Ecmel. Now, cast your mind back to the very first episode. We're introduced to Sadakat as an evil witch who's evil to Alya from the get-go and absolutely mental about keeping Deniz with the family at all times. I think I finally understand why. Guilt. Sadakat keeps pushing Boran away, until one day he takes it upon himself to go k-word Sulaiman to prove his worth, so to speak, which results in exile for him and supposedly death in a foreign country. Everything she does from that point on is based on years' worth of accumulated guilt. Alya is driving the car that results in the accident, so she wins the 'get the most shit from Sadakat' award immediately. But, again, that's just her guilt exacerbating things. As for Deniz, was Sadakat trying to avoid the same mistake she made with Boran with Deniz by holding on to him by hook or crook? So that Ecmel's shadow would never shape another family member's life again? Yep. That's probably also why she hates the idea of Cihan and Alya, because her guilt forces her to keep protecting Boran even in death. Because how could she allow Boran to lose yet another thing? In short, Sadakat tries to control the future of her family by trying to shape the circumstances, to make Cihan Aga and keep Boran away, but fails spectacularly. Why? Because fate has other plans. Boran was never meant to be kept away, and no matter how much Sadakat toiled as a mother, he was meant to take Ecmel's side over his own flesh and blood. And maybe Sadakat binds everyone else with a promise except herself because she might be the one to end what she started all those years ago. * Cihan Cihan's struggle in this episode was to try to find a way to neutralize Boran's poison. Because he's the reason Cihan's life is unraveling, because he's the man who controls Alya via Deniz. Throughout the episode, it seems like all is lost for him. Alya is forced to give in to Boran's condition, and Sadakat is framed for Vurgun's murder. And while Vurgun keeps his promise to Boran and takes his secrets with him to the grave, his death helps him speak what he could not say in life. It's no coincidence Cihan is the only one to find Vurgun's secret phone stashed in a hidey hole in the wall right after Cihan says he will bury Boran in regret. In this instance, too, we're shown that circumstances are pressing in on Cihan from all sides, but one dusty footstep later, Cihan finally finds what will possibly be the key to defeating Boran. As for Alya, she's Cihan's greatest strength and weakness - as it generally is in love. She comes into his life as an impossibility and ends up becoming his greatest truth. Cihan relents to Alya finding an apartment because he understands her duty to her son. But just as fears things are all out of his control, fate intervenes and gives him the opening he kept ignoring. Why? Because, as Cihan says, a man low enough to kill someone who saved his life is capable of pretty much anything. So, Cihan's course is redirected subtly, too, to a possibility that will help him achieve what he needs most at the time. * Boran Yeah, I don't really care much for the zombie, but this needs to be said. Throw your mind back to how Sadakat says all Boran's calculations turn out wrong. Though he's a sneaky troll who's not entirely as stupid as I thought, karma has a mile-long shit-list on this ahole. First, he records a will video to punish Cihan. He hopes that Cihan will fall for Alya but will forever suffer the pangs of conscience. In doing so, he'd never find completion in his love for Alya and would keep suffering. But, an Amal Bakir turns up at his grave out of the blue, runs into Cihan, and bam - he finds Boran. Which ironically helps Cihan overcome all his guilt pretty quickly. Next up, Alya. The video Boran records to control Alya's life ends up becoming the key to her freedom from him eventually. The one card we know he has now is Deniz, but there's Vurgun's phone to counteract this one now. And, finally, I get the feeling that the zombie has a hand in Meryem turning up like a bad penny out of nowhere. However, this ploy will fail too, because Meryem will have the same effect on Alya that Boran has on Cihan. In other words, destiny has all ends covered here, too. * Alya While there are those in the fandom who'd rather Alya be sick rather than expecting, I think that Alya truly might be pregnant. Here's why. And keep the overall theme of kader in mind as we go through this part. In the scene right before Alya gets dizzy, Kaya tells her, 'I don't know what to say to you, yenge, may God help you.' Then she walks into her office and just as she's about to continue her search for apartments, wham, a wave of dizziness. And right after the dizzy spell, lo and behold, Boran messages her saying, 'Your path can't cross with Cihan, or I take my son.' See, there it is again. That push and pull between circumstance and fate. While mere mortals can shape circumstances, like Boran, there's no interfering with fate. And, what's fate always tried to do in this story? Keep Alya with Cihan. So, how does a pregnancy fit into this angle? Boran doesn't simply want to keep Alya and Cihan separated. He now wants to put an end to their relationship in every way. Because if he can't have Alya, neither will Cihan. He's done everything in his power to try to cut all bonds between CihAl, but every time he tries, fate throws out another trump card. And what's the best way to forge a bond between two people, no one, not even themselves, can break? A child. A link that will bind Alya to Cihan in the most elemental way there is. The perfect personification of Boran's defeat. Now, I may be wrong (wouldn't be the first time), but those are the vibes I keep getting from as early on as ep 47, where Sadakat is the one trying to convince Alya to leave. Besides, maybe baby, fate also has another surprise up its sleeve for Alya *cue Jaws soundtrack* I'm referring to Meryem, of course. Why do we need Meryem in the overall scheme of kader, anyway? Because Alya needs to learn what fate's already taught Cihan. That love is not something you quietly step away from. Nor is it something you protect by distance, or preserve through sacrifice. Cihan has already gone through that trial. He tried to bury his feelings under duty, under guilt, under everything Boran set in motion, but still ended up right back at Alya. Not just by choice alone, but by something stronger than it. Something that kept correcting his path every time he strayed too far from it. And that’s where Meryem comes in. The final piece of the puzzle to make Alya realize she's changed, even though she doesn't know it yet. While she may think she can distance herself from Cihan, her own actions prove her false. Meryem will help remove the illusion in Alya's head that distance is sustainable between herself and Cihan. So you see, even though there are all kinds of mess in the episode, underneath it all is a disruption. Be it in the form of bitter clarity, a hidden phone, a possible new life, or an unexpected return. When things look like chaos but are actually headed towards something much more deliberate - a resolution where the story corrects every path back to where it was always meant to lead. Till later, happy reading, folks. #CihAl #UzakŞehir

Analyzing Episode 60. Season 2 aka Motherhood Deconstructed I want to start this analysis with a disclaimer that I'll be writing about that kiss separately, because really, it deserves a post of its own. I'll talk about it here briefly, but this analysis will stick to the overall events of ep 60. To me, the main theme of this episode was motherhood. Be it Alya, Nare, Zerrin, Sadakat, and yes, even the dishrag. We see how these different women strive, suffer, and never stop trying to keep their children with them, all except one. So, let's begin. We start episode 60 with Alya and Cihan awaiting to conduct a DNA test on baby Simal, whom Kaya insists is his child. Long story short, Kaya is feeling a little pissed about Zerrin keeping the truth of Simal from him, and he has a point. But then, it's not like Zerrin has had a jolly good time pretending to play house with a creep like Demir. The only reason she relents is to keep her baby safe. So, it's a catch-22 situation, where both sides are right and wrong. But, it's not like we don't know these two will make up soon. What stood out to me in that sequence was Alya taking charge of ensuring Zerrin has access to her baby. She knows exactly what it is to be separated from one's child, and she's kind and brave enough to refuse to let anyone suffer through the same. So, in a way, Alya's motherhood doesn't just extend to Deniz. It encompasses her to the point where she shields all those she feels need protection. I also like the fact that she's taken Zerrin under her wing, because when the latter moves into the konak with Sadakat, she'll need all the help she can get. The next sequence begins at the hospital, where Nare is still hell-bent on continuing with the pregnancy, though at great risk to her life. This is another glimpse of motherhood the show gives us - in the shape of a woman who is so in love with her unborn child already, she's willing to risk death to bring it into the world. Contrasted to that is Sadakat, who's willing to lie or cheat to keep her daughter alive. Here is a ruthless kind of motherhood. Sadakat's love (if you can call it that) has always been wrapped in control, manipulation, and fear. But, still at the center of all her ugliness is a woman who doesn't want to lose her children. Nare is willing to die for her child, Sadakat is willing to kill Nare's child to ensure she lives - quite the compelling contrast. Different forms of motherhood, but both rooted in desperation. In the middle of all that, Meryem pops up like a bad penny. But even as she arrives in that room and Sadakat wants to keep her there, the awkward silence that envelops the space as she lingers is telling. She doesn't belong, it seems to say. But, there's another person who's starting to question their 'belonging' in this new version of the past that's come back - and of course, that's Alya. The more she sees Meryem infiltrate parts of her life beyond the konak, the more her exposed nerves are rubbed raw. This woman is so close to complete and utter exhaustion, it's heartbreaking. What's even more heartbreaking is that while she tries to be there for everyone, she herself cuts everyone off when she feels troubled. And that, to me, is where the episode quietly portrays the emotional labor aspect of being a mom. Alya mothers everyone around her. Nare, Zerrin, Kaya, and Deniz. Even Cihan at times. She absorbs pain, tries to stem chaos, protects others from falling apart, yet when it comes to her own fears and insecurities, she retreats inward completely. It's almost as if she believes she only deserves to be the shelter, never the one allowed to seek sanctuary. Because children who grow up thinking they've been abandoned grow up thinking love is a thing to be earned through caring or usefulness. So, instead of asking for comfort, they always end up providing it. But humans, even the strongest of the strong, have their limits. And, it's so clear that Alya is close to reaching hers. So, when Cihan is forced to relent and allow Mujgan and her son to the konak because Deniz wants it, Alya does what she does best - she withdraws and leaves the source of discomfort. That's why she tells Cihan she hates going to the konak now because every time she goes there, the spectre of Meryem and what she can snatch away becomes unavoidable. And, as blind as Cihan can be at times, he picks up on that. He knows exactly what she's trying to do, which is why he tries to redirect her attention to the fact that he hates going to the konak without Alya around, too. He wants to be wherever Alya is. In his own way, he's trying to tell her it doesn't matter who stays at that house; it's only home to Cihan when Alya is around. His words reach Alya, which is why she relents and visits the konak for a few hours, but then shit hits the fan again. We'll get to that, but first, let's talk about Meryem. Meryem's scene in the hospital with Mujgan reveals Meryem saying she can't tell Cihan about Serhat because she's not sure who the father is, and that she'd rather live in the hope that Serhat is the son of the man she loves, bla blah. Now, go back and think of all the versions of motherhood we've seen in this series, and indeed this episode. They all have one thing in common - that all the mothers did whatever they had to, and bore whatever came their way to ensure their babies stayed with them. No matter how much Alya, Zerrin, or Nare love their better halves, when push came to shove, they put their children first. Even Sadakat married Azem for Boran. All except one. Meryem. Meryem sent her son away and made it look like he was Mujgan's child, thereby erasing all his links to her. One could argue it was because she feared Feyyaz. But what's stopping her now? Let's assume what Meryem says is right and there's a 50 percent chance Serhat is Cihan's son. For a mother desperate to save her child from danger, those are pretty good odds, so why avoid the DNA test? Suppose Serhat turns out to be Feyyaz's son; even so, if she comes clean with Cihan, she knows he's the kind to help her, even if just to keep an innocent child safe. So, her version of motherhood sticks out like a sore thumb in the episode. In contrast, I found Alya's line, 'When it comes to my son, I put him before everything and everyone else,' much more fitting with the theme. Mothers on the defensive, who feel there's a threat to their child's wellbeing, will relent to even the most extreme measure - even if it tears their own being apart. Alya hates being away from Cihan. She hates that distance she imposes between them as much as Cihan, but she can't help it. Because the mother in her won't let her choose anything else. Which is why I say Serhat is almost like an afterthought to Meryem because his needs are never the focus. And I get the feeling that whatever Meryem is trying to hide threatens not her son, but likely the version of herself she's presented to the world. Even when I rewatched the kite flying scene, the way the camera pans into Serhat only once, but mostly focuses on Cihan and Alya after showing us Meryem is telling. Like this is a woman not going through hell because of her child, but because she's looking at a structure of acceptance she's no longer able to enter. Life at the konak, Cihan's family unit, his love for Alya and Deniz - it's everything that could have been hers once, but no longer. No matter how she tries, she no longer fits. And honestly, that’s why that sense of not belonging is even more overt in an episode about motherhood. Every other mother in this episode becomes messy because of love for their child. Nare breaks down. Zerrin panics. Sadakat manipulates openly. Alya practically emotionally disintegrates trying to hold everything together. Their feelings spill all over the place because motherhood, especially threatened motherhood, breaks people down. But Meryem remains oddly stoic throughout it all, except for a few tears. She's mostly careful and controlled, and always aware of who's watching her. Going back to the point of shit hitting the fan, when Alya discovers Meryem and Mujgan in Cihan's room, she doesn't buy Meryem's story for a bit. When Cihan tries to calm the situation, she dismantles the sorry excuse Meryem gives with two questions. In other words, her spidey senses pick up trouble, but she keeps it locked in because she doesn't want to appear as the jealous, unreasonable wife. But things come to a head anyway when Feyyaz cuts Cihan and Alya off on the road. Cihan seems to finally realize exactly the kind of trouble Meryem has unleashed in their lives when Feyyaz keeps eyeing Alya. Because to Feyyaz's psychotic mind, Cihan is keeping Meryem away from him, which makes Alya fair game. But when Cihan insists Alya return to the konak, Alya flat out refuses, and all the pressure that's been building inside her gets directed at Cihan. She knows deep down he's not at fault, but the fact that he's jumped into another situation without thinking of the danger, grates on her nerves. Which is why her default setting kicks in; she demands that Cihan bring Deniz to her and leave the apartment. Cihan, who is already reeling from Alya pulling back from him and the reality of Feyyaz targeting the only thing he truly holds dear, is desperate to stop Alya's isolation before she decides he's not worth all the misery she's suffering, and does what's worked for him once before in a desperate situation (the airport, anyone?). He forgets everything, pulls Alya in, and kisses the breath out of her. And, it works too, because for that moment, Alya stops spiraling long enough to simply feel. To stop calculating danger or bracing for abandonment. She feels loved and safe in Cihan's arms again. That's what makes that kiss so powerful. It isn't just the passion. It's the desperation behind it, on both sides. Cihan isn't kissing Alya because he wants to win an argument. He's kissing her because he's terrified, and he misses her. He's worried that if she keeps retreating inward, one day she'll retreat so far he won't be able to reach her anymore. Worried that all the fear, exhaustion, and pressure she's carrying will eventually make her decide loving him isn't worth the cost. And Alya responds because beneath all her anger, fear, and exhaustion, she loves him just as desperately. That's the irony of CihAl this season. They're not going to pieces because the love is weakening. They're going to pieces because the love has become so enormous that losing it feels catastrophic to both of them. To conclude, everything within ep 60, including the kiss, works so beautifully because technically everyone is unraveling. Every woman in this episode is fighting to protect something she loves, but the ways they do so reveal who they are at their core. Alya protects by sacrificing parts of herself. Nare protects by risking herself. Sadakat protects by controlling others. Zerrin protects by enduring humiliation. And Meryem... Meryem protects the narratives she builds. Her emotions, while visible, don't land with impact, almost as if they're missing a core ingredient. On the opposite end of the spectrum lie CihAl, whose love strips them bare, only for them to realize that retreat is no option. The only way forward for them is through - through fear, through exhaustion, through jealousy, through danger, and through every ugly and painful thing that loving someone this deeply awakens inside them. Because CihAl are incapable of loving each other halfway. Their love keeps dragging every hidden wound, every insecurity, every instinct to the surface until there is nowhere left to hide. And maybe that’s the real contrast episode 60 quietly builds toward: one side clinging to carefully maintained facades, the other being emotionally dismantled by a love too raw and overwhelming to remain controlled. Till later, happy reading, y'all. #CihAl #UzakŞehir

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Erika Kirk BOMBS at Genoa-Kingston High School Amid MASSIVE Protests! 😱 So Apparently Erika Kirk and TPUSA are also now part of this shady "History Rocks Tour" sponsored by the Dept. of Education with Linda McMahon. More evidence of The Trump admin colluding with Erika and Turning Point. . Genoa- Kingston High School in IL was the ONLY high school picked in the entire state, all thanks to their newly minted TPUSA "Club America" chapter (sounds culty already, right?). But Erika? Total MESS: Low-energy zombie mode, disheveled AF with rat's nest hair, awkward pauses like she's glitching on her script. And the HYPOCRISY? Off the charts! Let's cook her line-by-line—I'm going word-for-word, exposing every lie, fake act, cult vibe, and bitter shade. This is her using Charlie as a prop while preaching what she NEVER practices. 🔥 Let's break it down because this fraud needs a full roast: 1⃣Invoking Charlie RIGHT OFF THE BAT: "Charlie lived his life in a way where he was not afraid to speak. He chose to use his voice for something so powerful..." 🙄 Classic crutch! Erika, you trot out Charlie's name like a emotional shield EVERY time. But reminder: You've been gaslighting everyone about his death, hiding 4K footage, and firing 40+ staff who MIGHT speak out. Hypocrite Alert: You silence voices while praising "using your voice"? Cult-like manipulation—using a dead man's legacy to prop up your failing empire. And that voice change? From soft "emotional" whisper to loud preach—pure acting, flipping on a dime like a bad soap opera. 2⃣Soul-Marking Choices BS: "Every decision will make a mark on your soul... As a young man, know that one day you're gonna be a father. Know that the way that you treat women... It matters." 😂 Erika preaching morality? YOU, who allegedly orchestrated shady deals with "Pierre" (billions in French-Israeli trafficking vibes?), lied about your whereabouts on Sept 10th, and sent cease-and-desist letters to shut down free speech? Lie Exposed: You fire people for "might" be talking smack online, but tell kids decisions "mark your soul"? Your soul's got more red flags than a communist parade. Bitter much? This screams adversarial—projecting your own guilt onto teens. 3⃣Ladies, Be Ladies Hypocrisy: "Ladies, be that. Be ladies, be modest. Live your life in a way that's honoring, honor your parents." 😤 LOOK AT YOU, Erika! Disheveled mess on stage—hair like a bird's nest after a storm, low-energy slop. You're the OPPOSITE of "proper" or "modest." Hypocrite Level 1000: Telling girls to "be ladies" while you act like a hot mess express? And honoring parents? You dishonor Charlie's memory by using him as a prop! Voice shift here: Goes soft and "inspirational," but it's FAKE—eyes dead, pauses like she's reading cue cards. Culty: Pushing this "higher standard" while your org's a purge factory. 4⃣Building Greater Things Lie: "Build something greater than just focusing on what's next in your life. Don't compromise your character." 🤡 "Build something"? Erika, WHAT have YOU built? TPUSA was Charlie's baby—you're just the widow riding coattails, firing loyalists, and dodging transparency. Lie Called Out: You compromise character DAILY—gaslighting about assassinations, ignoring questions, outright lying on Fox. Bitter Tone: "You guys might think it's great to go along with the crowd... to laugh at certain things that aren't funny." Projecting your online hate? People are "laughing" at YOU for being fake and inauthentic. Act Detected: Loud emphasis on "build," then soft pause—shifting expressions like a chameleon. 5⃣Newspaper Front Page Wisdom?: "My aunt used to tell me, never do something that you don't want on the front page of a newspaper. Live your life in that way... not because you're afraid, but because you hold yourself to a higher standard." 💀 IRONY OVERLOAD! Erika, your scandals ARE front-page material: Shady Egyptian planes, Bibi Netanyahu ties, firing sprees, hypocrisy on transparency. Hypocrite Roast: You hide behind lawyers and PR billions, but preach "higher standard"? Cult Vibe: This "people are watching" paranoia sounds like Big Brother TPUSA—watching staff, silencing critics. Voice Weirdness: Draws out "higher standard" loudly, then whispers—total performance, not genuine. 6⃣Insulting People & Assassin's Choices: "You might think it's cool to insult people... The man that took my husband's life, he made a choice over a course of time. He made the wrong decision consistently." 😡 Using the assassin as a moral prop? Low blow, Erika. But YOU insult and attack creators with legal threats for using First Amendment rights! Lie Exposed: "Stand up for the First Amendment" elsewhere, but here warning against "insulting"? You're feeling the online heat—words DO hurt when they're true about your fakeness. Adversarial Bitter: Blaming "choices" while your choices include cover-ups and psyops. Act Alert: Pauses dramatically before "he made the wrong decision"—theatrical AF. 7⃣Grocery Cart Eternal Soul Mark?: "Even though your choice might be small... deciding whether or not to put the grocery cart back... Those choices leave a mark on your soul, feed for eternity. People are watching." 🤦‍♂️ Culty AF! Turning a cart into "eternal soul mark"? This is fear-mongering manipulation—guilt-tripping kids into obedience. Hypocrite: You "watch" your staff like a hawk, firing them preemptively. Bitter Projection: "One day, your kids will watch you." Subtle shade at critics? Voice Shift: Soft and "wise," but it's scripted—long pause before "feed for eternity" like she forgot her line. 8⃣Emotional Breakdown Act: "Sorry, it's just been really emotional these past few days. I apologize." 🥱 FAKE TEARS ALERT! This "emotional" pivot? Pure act—voice cracks on cue, but eyes say otherwise. Using "Charlie started here" as another prop. Hypocrite: Preaching boldness while you're low-energy and messy. Cult End: "Be bold and fearless. Not everyone is called to be on the front lines." Translation: Obey quietly, don't protest like those outside! This clip is PEAK Erika: Hypocritical, culty, acting queen using Charlie as bait. Protests outside? Deserved! Tag Candace Owens, watch, and RT if you're over the lies—TPUSA's crumbling! 💥 📡Side Note: Help us expose TPUSA's "Make Heaven Crowded Tour" below 👇 -WE NEED YOUR HELP

Well, friends, the interview the John O'Keefe and Karen Read trial world didn't know they wanted has finally occurred. I appreciate The Glarer for having me on his program. We discussed Kate Peter, I defended Lindsey Gaetani's honor, both sides agreed as to the importance of civil debate and leaving people's families out of the fray and then Will helped Olivia and I move towards amicable discussion. Overall, a 10/10 way to celebrate the day towel become a YouTube partner. Here are my two favorite quotes from Will and myself; [Grant] "If any of you took 10 minutes --not on camera-- to talk to Lindsey Gaetani, you would find someone who believes in God, who cares about her children, who's a good mother, and who's not any of the things you made her out to be. And by God I will defend that 'till my last day." [Grant] "I realized that there was just this toxic atmosphere surrounding this case, and I couldn't just say I thought it needed to change — I had to reflect that change in my actions." [The Glarer] "If you believe so much in Karen Read’s guilt, then the facts should speak for themselves. You shouldn’t have to bring people’s family members into it. [The Glarer] "But you know what I think, Grant? I think that you're a really smart guy. And I think you know you're a really smart guy. And I think what you do is, you convince yourself — because of how smart you are — that if you came up with it, it must be gospel. And that's where I think you get cloudy between the truth and your opinion." Here's the full transcript: [Grant] Well, good afternoon towel friends. My name is Grant Smith Ellis and in addition to becoming a YouTube partner today I also decided to call into The Glarer's show. It was the collaboration that the world didn't know they needed but now they have. And if you'd like to listen to this fascinating conversation, related to new allegations as to Kate MafiaMasshole Peter being a PI in the orbit of the Aidan Turtleboy Kearney prosecution, as well as somehow both Will and I eventually coming to a discussion where I defended Lindsey Gaetani's honor, along with a closing segment about the importance on both sides of the Karen Read and John O’Keefe case of being mutually respectful, even if we have differences of opinion on those facts, you can do so right now. Will and I shared a belief that positive changes in the Karen Read and John O'Keefe trial world, at least in terms of that improving dynamic as to disagreeing without being disagreeable, are evident. So enjoy the conversation, folks. It was certainly an interesting one. [The Glarer] You're on — who am I speaking with? [Grant] Hey, Will, it's me. I'm Grant... [The Glarer] — hold on, I gotta give you applause, buddy. You made it. [Grant] Well, we certainly may have different views on the case, but I think we share respect for Jesus and we can talk bad about Kate Peter for sure. [The Glarer] Yeah, that we can do. Sure. Sure. So what's up, bud? What do you got to say? [Grant] Well, I think if people have been following me on X, they will know I've been yelling about Kate Peter taking an envelope of cash in the Chick-fil-A parking lot in front of me for months. And I feel vindicated as of the news of this weekend. [The Glarer] Okay. Okay, so wait a minute. That tracks. So the person who is in this sworn affidavit who claims to have seen Kate Peter with the manila envelope — you're claiming to have seen her with the same envelope. Is that what you're saying? [Grant] It wasn't a manila envelope. Well, there's two pertinent facts. So Kate Peter and I met up for the first time — I would say it was in the winter of 2024 — in a Chick-fil-A parking lot somewhere on the South Coast, maybe near Raynham or something. Anyway, she came and got in my car and she was like, "Well, I'm waiting for someone in a white Toyota Corolla to drop me off money. We try to do it with cash so it doesn't leave a record." And I was like, "Well, this seems a little weird." And then the car pulled up. I didn't actually see the car. She got out, went over to it, came back into my car. It was a white envelope with a green thank-you card. She opened it. There were probably four or five hundred — four or five fifties and a bunch of twenties. [The Glarer] Wow.... Okay, now Grant, I gotta ask you a tough question, buddy. I would be remiss if I didn't do that, all right? Now, a lot of people are thinking the same thing I'm thinking right now, which is: how can we believe you? Where's your credibility? Because you've lied about so many other things so easily. [Grant] Well, I would challenge that and say maybe you have different perspectives on me, but that should reinforce what I'm saying here. The Melanie Little and Alan Jackson Aruba thing — I apologized for that on stream and in a post (because Melanie Little told people not to go after Lindsey's kids, and I found that honorable). [The Glarer] Fair enough. [The Glarer] You did apologize. Okay, so you apologized for that. Okay. [Grant] But I'm critiquing someone [Kate Peter] who would ostensibly be aligned with what I believe about the case, and I still believe what I believe about Karen being responsible for John's death— we don't have to get into it — but I'm critiquing someone who supports that view. That should reinforce my credibility here. [The Glarer] Yeah, and MicroDots backs you up at least on this thing, you know, he says he believes you on this thing. I'm just saying — dude, I've read what you've written. You're a talented writer, clearly. But I can honestly say I've got a whole community of people here — a shit ton of people in this chat right now — that I know would agree with me that if you made a habit of reporting the truth, you'd have support, you'd have readers, you'd have a whole audience. I'd be a fan! But your credibility is fucked with me right now, dude. You know, and I hate that, because I actually enjoy reading what you write. [Grant] I appreciate what you're saying. I think I would just say maybe it's smaller than your community, but I just got made a YouTube partner today. I'm actually celebrating that. I have a small community, people do support me — maybe not as many as support your channel, but it's just people with different views consuming different content. [The Glarer] Yeah, but the thing is — like, I'm content with my audience. My audience could be bigger, but I cuss a lot and I use words that offend people and I just don't kind of play by the normal YouTube game that most creators play when they grow, you know? And I'm okay with the rate at which my channel grows because I get to be myself. But I don't hold back and I don't play by these rules. So I get all that. But I mean, I'm not ethically doing anything wrong. If I were spreading misinformation or contributing to any spread of misinformation, I would have a problem with myself and what I'm doing. You see what I'm saying? Like, it's a little bit different. You're telling me that you're content with your audience being small because you like to make shit up? You know what I mean? [Grant] No, no. Because it's a new channel. That's why the audience is growing. Anyway, the reason I shake your hand is I do think you're authentic in your beliefs, even if we disagree. And well — before I forget, one more thing about that Chick-fil-A parking lot cash that's actually important: when Kate got that money handed over, she told me it was for a donation drive to help other people offset babysitting costs or whatever nonsense. Someone sent a text message — a family member of the person who paid her that cash — and they put in writing that they sent the money for Kate's own expenses. So she lied to me in the car about what the money was for. Something’s up with that. [The Glarer] So she told you in the car that the money was for... [Grant] She said it was to pay for babysitters for people who need help and to donate to other people, which I don't believe. Like, of course not. Nobody believes that. [The Glarer] And then you found out — through what — that this money was actually for her personal expenses? [Grant] Eventually a text message got released from someone in the orbit of whoever paid Kate. It was a family member — I don't know who it was. I've only seen the text message. I'm happy to reshare it on my X later. In that text message, it says — quoting the person — "I sent that envelope with my sister over to Kate. It was for her expenses" or something like that. So even that is evidence. [The Glarer] Wow. Okay, so you are strictly of the opinion, based on things you've seen yourself, that Kate Peter is absolutely being paid by the Commonwealth to spin narratives? [Grant] I'll give you one more piece of information, Will, and maybe you or your audience can track this down: I don't think Kate was involved in the Karen Read investigation directly, but I think starting in the fall of 2023 she worked for a private investigator named Marty Kraft. And I believe by proxy she was then retained to work on Aidan's case through that PI firm. [The Glarer] Okay, and then she just became the mouthpiece between the PI firm and the Commonwealth is what you're saying. [Grant] I will say a few things: I reasonably believe she does have direct contact with the DA and agents of the Commonwealth — I've said that before — and I also believe that she has favoritism towards specific witnesses in the orbit of this case. Not all of them — specific witnesses. [The Glarer] Okay, well, I mean, we know who they are, but okay. [Grant] I will also say — I think — that your caller was prescient earlier, and they mentioned there might be some mutual blackmail. Well, we know that Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction was manipulated to remove messages from Brian Tully to Lindsey and from Kate Peter to Lindsey. [The Glarer] ...what's your deal with Lindsey? [Grant] Hold, on let's pull it back first. First of all, I think there was a bifurcation: there's charges from October 2023 against Aidan and December 2023 against Aidan. One set of charges, from October of 2023, involved the Karen Read witnesses; the other set, from December of 2023, involved Lindsey. I don't think anyone set Aidan up in December 2023. I think he was just in love with Lindsey and it kind of got out of control. [The Glarer] Bro... [Grant] Well, but hold on, Will... [The Glarer] I'm listening... [Grant] I think that cell phone extraction goes right to the mutual blackmail point your friend talked about earlier. Someone, during the course of the Aidan Kearney investigation involving Lindsey, manipulated that cell phone extraction, and it could have only happened while it was in State Police custody. That is the whole — that's everything right there because of Kate Peter is the only person who could have gotten Brian Tully to get Nick Guarino to manipulate that extraction while it was in State Police custody before Tully leaked it, by hand, to Aidan's lawyer. [The Glarer] Okay, so listen, Grant. Like, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding. Now, I think Lindsey was used. But come on, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding to try to set Aidan up. Like, you know this. [Grant] No, I disagree, because I've looked at the timeline closely. Aidan begged to go over there when his indictments got handed down in December. [The Glarer] Well, listen — why? [Grant] Because he got charged in October, but the indictments for the October thing came down December 20th. [Grant] Then when did he beg to go over to Lindsey's? [Grant] I'm about to explain. December 21st, Lindsey tells him, "Hey Aidan, I just got a subpoena for a grand jury." Aidan's mind has gotta' start racing. "Why would there be another grand jury? Is it about me and Karen Read? What is this about?" So he begged her to go over there so he could find out. And that's — like — he looked at her phone that night to see the messages between her and Kate to try to find out about what this new grand jury was about. So no one set him up. He begged to go over there. [The Glarer] So you're just assuming that he begged to go over there based on...? [Grant] I know he begged to go over there. He was pleading because he wanted to find out what the new grand jury was. [The Glarer] The difference between you and Aidan is Aidan posts receipts, dude. But you don't. You get the difference? That's why Aidan has as much of a following as he has. [Grant] If you're asking for receipts of him begging to go over there on that day, I'm happy to provide those. I'll post them. [The Glarer] Then why didn't you do that already? [Grant] Well, I think because what I understand to be the evidentiary record from going to all the hearings is different than what people consume, because not everyone goes to every hearing. But I'm happy to do that. I have it all archived. [The Glarer] Okay, but the point is — like MicroDots is saying — that he was baited to go over there. So even if he begged to go over there under whatever circumstance, we have proof — we've seen proof — that he was baited to go over there based on false information that she was pregnant. [Grant] No. No. She was pregnant. [The Glarer] Oh my, Grant, bro... [Grant] Okay. I will swear on my God about that. [The Glarer] Hold on... [Grant] Well, to move on, I was going to give you some credit. I was going to say you might have been right that the subpoena issued to Lindsey, without her knowledge, could have been to bait Aidan. [The Glarer] But she wouldn't — how do you explain the metadata on the pictures that she sent him of the sonogram, dude? [Grant] First of all, if you're talking about someone's pregnancy — that's a medical issue, and to bring it up on air disgraces Jesus. [The Glarer] Oh, come on, Grant. [Grant] Let's not. [The Glarer] Alright, fine. We won't talk about that anymore. But let's face it, dude — you're making excuses for this girl. And why? Like, do you have a crush on her? Is that what's going on here? And it's okay. [Grant] Oh, oh, please. When I first came into this case, I saw a woman walk into a courtroom, and I started listening to her story. And even in this conversation, there are multiple things I corrected where you were willing to say, "Okay, Grant, maybe that is what happened." And Lindsey doesn't have anyone out there who is voicing that for her, so I'm taking the opportunity to do it. [The Glarer] And do you wonder why she doesn't have anyone voicing things out for her, dude? [The Glarer] Because Aidan isolates people! [The Glarer] Get out of here with that. Stop. Again with the whole "it's Aidan's fault" shit, man. That's between you and Lindsey, dude. I'm asking — like, I asked you why you think that. Nobody is going to bat for Lindsey. And I saw receipts. I heard a recording of her — you're talking about somebody who I heard a recording of [that night with Aidan in December of 2023]. This is... Come on, Grant. [Grant] I was in the courtroom. I saw the people crying when that tape was played. And you know what I also heard, Will? I heard the original version of that tape that didn't have her consent to record, which is why Aidan got charged with felony wiretapping. [The Glarer] Okay, but you're not denying that she said that, right? [Grant] Listen, I have never been awake at 12:30 in the morning. I'm not a woman. I've never been confronted with that situation. I would never pass judgment on someone in that situation. [The Glarer] Every woman that I've ever heard express their opinion on it — pretty negative, dude. Just saying. Pretty negative. Especially the moms. Especially the moms. [Grant] So I don't think any people talking in that way — I don't think you've even met this woman. [The Glarer] You're right. I have not. I have not met her. [Grant] And if — I don't know if she will ever do this — but if any of you took 10 minutes, not on camera, to talk to this woman, you would find someone who believes in God, who cares about her children, who's a good mother, and who's not any of the things you made her out to be. And by God, I will defend that 'till my last day. [The Glarer] Alright. Declared. Got it. I gotta' ask you one more question though. Why are you saying stuff about Olivia Nile — Olivia Nile and her mom — being paid agents for the defense? Come on. [Grant] Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Let me just explain that. I know that's Olivia Lamb. Okay? [The Glarer] Right, yeah, same person. Yeah, yeah. [Grant] Okay, so we all know Christina Lamb does boutique PR consulting for lawyers. She's good at it. Olivia’s good at it. They should own it. I want to interview her. [The Glarer] What — how is that proof, though? That Olivia Lamb is being paid by the defense in some way? You see the problem? [Grant] Hold on. That is an extrapolation some people may make. My argument is only that what she does looks like PR for the defense. I think Olivia hasn't been paid since last year. [The Glarer] But she's saying that's not even what she does, dude. [Grant] Okay, maybe it's not. But I think Olivia's contract ran up at the end of the first trial, if you want me to be very blunt with you. [The Glarer] Contract? [Grant] Mm-hmm. [The Glarer] But her mom doesn't even do that either — what the fuck’s her mom got to do with it? [Grant] Well, why would her mom run some random boutique PR consulting firm for lawyers, and then Olivia just shows up with this extremely high-level acumen, rivaling lawyers? [The Glarer] But that’s not what she does. She's saying that's not even what her mom does or what she does. [Grant] Okay, well, I looked at her mom's website. I archived it going back a few years, so I can post the screenshots again. And I know what she advertised herself as doing. [The Glarer] But you know what I think, Grant? I think that you're a really smart guy. And I think you know you're a really smart guy. And I think what you do is, you convince yourself — because of how smart you are — that if you came up with it, it must be gospel. That's what I think. And that's where I think you get cloudy between the truth and your opinion. Because you state your opinions as though they're fact. And I think that's an ego thing. I don't even think it's malice. It’s just ego. That's what it comes off as, anyway, dude. Because everything you say — every time I ask you, "Where's your proof?" — you explain how you came to your opinion. You give me a laid-out story. Go back and listen to this later on — you'll see what I mean. [Grant] Well, I don't even doubt you, actually, that I'm firm in my convictions. If I'm not there to experience something, I do not know the truth. But I've seen the screenshots. I only found out Olivia Lamb was Olivia Lamb because I found an archived X post where she shared something very sentimental about her grandfather. I didn't like that. I didn't appreciate having to talk about that. But it became relevant because I wanted to know why she was involved in the case. I will listen to her tell me I'm wrong. I want to interview her. [The Glarer] Yeah, but you can't just, like, trap people into interviews by threatening to spread lies about them if they don't, bro. What kind of shit is that? [Grant] Nothing that I said about her grandfather, her acumen or her mother's work was incorrect... [The Glarer] But why are you even talking about her family, dude? Like, that's really low, man. Like — that's... It's low, man. It's low. Her family didn't have nothing to do with this, man. She's doing this because she cares about it. And then people start talking about people's family members and shit. And it's like — it comes off as a not-so-subtle form of intimidation, frankly, Grant. You know, trying to get somebody to shut up. [Grant] No, I don't want to do that. I want to learn about why she's interested in the case. [The Glarer] But you could see how somebody could see it that way, right? Because what if her family starts telling her, "Hey, stop talking about this. Why are we being brought into your shit because you're passionate about something?" What if her family does that and puts her in an awkward position? And then people are cheated out of some really good insight because of that. [Grant] My brother — my brother who at four years old had a colectomy, three-stage, and is developmentally disabled as a result — has a profile someone made mocking him on X. That's a profile that people I respect engage with. Usually I overlook that stuff because I don't believe the people engaging in it are trying to do that. And I hope people realize I'm not doing that to her. I authentically want to know why Olivia's covering this case. [The Glarer] That's all right. So — but that's my point, Grant. I'm just saying, like, if you believe Karen Read is guilty, why not just stick to the facts? Because you don't see me going after anybody's family. You don't see Olivia going after anybody's family, talking about people's family and exposing their family and what they do. You know what I mean? That's not cool. I don't do that. And Olivia’s saying that she will happily talk to you anytime about why she's interested in the case. You see what? That's my point. That's my point — if you believe so much in Karen Read's guilt, then the facts should speak. Everything that you put out there — the facts, the details of the case, and the way you interpret those facts — that should be enough. You shouldn't have to bring people's family members into it. Come on. I feel like you're better than that. That's all. I still have faith that you're better than that. [Grant] Yeah. And I think that's the perfect place to end, because you've given me a lot of time and I share your sentiments. I think that is crucially important. You don't see me out there in the past six months or twelve months talking about Melanie Little, or Olivia or her parents anymore. [The Glarer] I have seen improvement, yes. I have seen it. [Grant] And let me just say why: because I came to believe that there was this toxic atmosphere surrounding this case, and that I couldn't just say I thought it needed to change — I had to reflect that change in my actions. And that's why that happened. So that's it. That's how I feel. [The Glarer] Okay. Yeah, I mean, everybody’s entitled to their feelings and opinions, man. We all are. But yeah, I’m glad that we got this talk. I got to express some things I wanted to express to you. You were very receptive, and I appreciate you coming on and being respectful and being cool. And you’re welcome here anytime, Grant. I can see that we could talk about pretty much anything, and it's fine. That will always be welcome here — no matter what we disagree on. So I appreciate you, Grant. [Grant] God bless, Will, enjoy the rest of your Saturday. [The Glarer] Have a good one. Alright, Grant, y'all. Alright, I'm gonna take another call. Let's do that.

If you're a Christian man, it is obvious to see that the world is controlled by Satan. Everywhere you look, we see evidence of this—from entertainment to politics to social media. It is clear that the enemy's agenda is at play, and it's an agenda designed to sabotage the men who have influence in the kingdom of God. And if you’re an entrepreneur who’s been struggling with your weight… You are being affected by this satanic agenda. Why Your Health Is Under Spiritual Attack: My name is Gabe Pluguez, and since 2019, alongside my business partner Joey Yochheim | Default Kings , we’ve been helping men break free from unhealthy patterns—for good. And we don’t just help men “get in shape.” We teach them a faith-based approach to changing their unhealthy habits so that they actually keep the weight off permanently. Like Jim— shown in the video, a 70-year-old C-suite executive who lost 53 lbs in 5 months, kept it off through the holidays, and has sustained it since after working together. Like Alex— shown in the video, a crypto entrepreneur and a dad of one who’s lost more than 40 lbs, has gotten abs, competes in Jiu-Jitsu, and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. Like Gavin— shown in the video, a 50-year-old father of six who was busy running multiple businesses but still lost 32 lbs in just 12 weeks. Or like Vinnie— shown in the video, an entrepreneur who’s lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. So here’s the thing. You already know the truth. You know that you shouldn’t be eating garbage. You know that you should be exercising consistently. You know that God made you in His image and that you’re designed to be strong and actually commanded to honor the body He gave you to carry out His mission for your life. Yet… that's not the reality you're experiencing. Why You Keep Failing to Fix This (Romans 7:15) You're experiencing exactly what Paul talks about in Romans 7:15: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do.” These are your unhealthy default actions. And if you’re like most Christian entrepreneurs, you’re probably sacrificing your health at the altar of your business. You tell yourself: • “I’ll fix it later.” • “Business and family obligations come before me.” But here’s something that might make you uneasy… That is the exact lie that the enemy wants you to believe. The Lie That’s Keeping You Weak, Tired, and Ineffective: Satan wants you to believe the lie that you are incapable of honoring your body while stewarding everything else. He wants you: ❌ Exhausted ❌ Weakened ❌ A slave to gluttony and sloth ❌ To set a poor example to the people you’re called to lead And additionally... Satan wants you dead... Early... Because if your body is weak, you’re easier to tempt. If you’re out of control, you have less influence over the people you’re supposed to lead. And if you die early—then you’re not even here. And maybe you’ve known this for a while. You’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, Personal Trainers, or even Ozempic… But here’s the part you haven’t heard before. You’ve Been Lied To. You’ve been trying to use a temporary Band-Aid on a spiritual wound. Mainstream diet methods promise a quick fix… but they leave you discouraged and defeated. That’s why studies show that 90% of people who try these diets gain the weight back. And after so many repeated failures, you start to accept the lie from the enemy— “I just can’t figure out this one area of life.” And here’s what makes it even worse. Your pastors aren’t helping—they don’t talk about gluttony because they’re still struggling with it themselves. Other Christians make it harder. They say: 💬 "It’s no big deal!" 💬 "God gives you grace!" 💬 "Come on, one donut won’t hurt!" But I need you to ask yourself: Are the men telling you this the type of men you respect? Are they disciplined? Are they leading by example? Or are they justifying their own addiction to comfort? How I Know Exactly What You’re Feeling: Maybe you’re reading this, and you already know all of this. You know you shouldn’t be eating junk… but you do. You know you should be working out… but you skip it. You know you should stop turning to food for comfort… but you still do. And if you’re feeling convicted right now, I understand. Because I was once enslaved to sin in the exact same way. For over a decade, I was addicted to pornography. I was having premarital sex while still trying to be a Christian leader. I read my Bible, went to church, and knew exactly what I needed to do… Yet I kept falling into the same old pattern. I felt like I fraud. And, there was even this moment when I was finally convicted—just like you are now. I told my ex-fiance: “We’re not having sex anymore.” She looked me dead in the eyes and said: “If we’re not going to do that, then I’m leaving.” And I looked right back at her and said: “Okay. Leave. I choose Jesus.” She walked out the door. And I was proud of myself. I thought: “Thank you, Lord, for the strength to make this decision. I can finally honor You.” And then… Less than 24 hours later, I completely caved. I went right back to the very sin I swore to leave behind. And I remember standing in the bathroom afterward, looking in the mirror, so disgusted with myself that I couldn’t even make eye contact with my own reflection. I had completely lost hope. I told the devil: "You win." But that was a lie. And what I experienced next completely changed my life— And it’s the exact same process that will change yours. The Turning Point: How Everything Changed When I applied the process that I’m going to share with you today, not only did everything change… I experienced blessings in this area of my life that were so far beyond anything I had ever imagined. I broke free from addiction, married the love of my life, started working on a family, and 10x'ed my business, all while staying consistent and leveling up in my own fitness And that’s when I realized: 👉 This isn’t just about losing weight. 👉 This isn’t just about not being fat anymore. This is about the blessings that God has for you on the other side of discipline—blessings so powerful, so life-changing, that once you experience them, you will be incapable of doing anything except saying, “Glory to You, Lord.” How Do You Actually Go About Doing This? This is the exact process that I’ve helped over 800 guys (at the time of this post) go through inside our Christian-focused coaching company, Joey and I were responsible for all the transformations you'll see at These were men just like you. Men who were: • Losing weight temporarily but always gaining it back. • Struggling with multi-decade-long food addictions. • Convicted that they were called for more. • Fathers, husbands, even pastors—who knew God could redeem this area of their life but struggled to connect their faith to their fitness. But they finally broke free. And there were three key things that made that transformation possible. #1: They Changed the Unhealthy Default Actions That Were Keeping Them Stuck All of these men were struggling with things like: ❌ Overeating and mindless snacking ❌ Skipping workouts ❌ Eating late at night, binge eating ❌ Hitting snooze, sleeping in ❌ Overdrinking, struggling with food addiction ❌ Falling off the wagon on weekends, vacations, or business travel And worst of all? 👉 They would lose some weight… then let their habits slip again… which led to the weight coming back. 👉 Their body fat affected not just how they fit in clothes, but how other people saw them—even their daughters and wives started noticing and nagging them about it. 👉 For some of them, their hearts had become ticking time bombs, and they knew if they didn’t change, they would eventually suffer consequences that affected not just them, but their families and marriages. And even though you would think these things would be motivating enough… Like you’re probably thinking right now, “I should be motivated enough to change.” They were still choosing: ❌ Comfort over discipline. ❌ Food over their families. ❌ Laziness over being the leader their people needed them to be. #2: They Didn’t Have a Sustainable, Effective Approach That Worked With Their Busy Life Most of them had already tried: 📌 Dieting, weight loss challenges, personal trainers. 📌 Just trying to “get serious” and eat cleaner. 📌 Fad diets like Keto or Intermittent Fasting. 📌 Making their wife their accountability partner (which never works, because no man wants his wife to be his mommy—and no wife wants to be her husbands mommy). But nothing worked, because none of these were tailored to their bodies, goals, and lifestyle. 👉 The plans didn’t fit the busyness of home life and work. 👉 They didn’t account for vacations, networking events, or client dinners. 👉 They made them feel weird or awkward at dinner time with friends and family. 👉 The nutrition was too complicated for their wives to support. And worst of all? They were straight-up unsustainable. So they would always fall off the wagon—and the weight would always come back. #3: They Didn’t Have Real Accountability From Other Christian Men They Respected They tried using: ❌ Their wives (again—no wife wants to be their husband’s accountability partner). ❌ Their business network (but those guys were focused on business, not health). ❌ Their church groups (but their brothers in Christ didn’t have the specialized knowledge to help them actually execute). So between: ❌ Unhealthy default actions ❌ A lack of a sustainable, effective plan ❌ Not having real accountability They stayed stuck. That’s Why Default Kings Is Different We developed a system that actually works—one that helps you realign your default actions with your true identity in Christ. Because the problem isn’t that you don’t care. The problem isn’t that you’re unaware of these things. The problem is that your current system is failing you. Right now: 📌 Your default actions have brought you here. 📌 You don’t have a sustainable approach. 📌 You don’t have an effective plan. 📌 Your environment is full of people who reinforce your excuses instead of calling you higher. And every time you try to change, you keep getting pulled back into the same cycle. That’s exactly why we built Default Kings. Because this is not just another weight loss program. This is a battle plan for Christian men. A system designed to permanently rewire your habits. A system designed to rebuild your discipline. A system designed to finally help you take back control of your body and mind. Here’s What You’ll Get Inside Default Kings: 1. A Simple, Results-Driven Eating System That Works in Real Life Forget: ❌ Extreme diets. ❌ Cutting out carbs or red meat. ❌ Being too busy to eat healthy. You’ll learn to eat in a way that actually increases your energy while still enjoying life. You will not be: ❌ That weird guy bringing Tupperware to client dinners. ❌ The guy starving himself and feeling miserable. ❌ The guy who can’t enjoy a meal with his wife and kids. This is not a temporary fix. This is a sustainable way of eating that you can stick to for good. 4. A Custom Training System Designed for Busy Christian Men Your training plan will be completely customized to fit your schedule. You don’t have time to train like a bodybuilder for 2 hours a day—so we focus on efficiency. 📌 If you can commit just 45 minutes, 3–4 times a week, you can do this. 📌 If you’re even busier, we can make it even more efficient. 📌 If you have more time and want to push harder, we’ll structure it accordingly. The Default Kings Promise: We guarantee that: ✔️ You will lose between 10–50 lbs in the next 90 days—or we’ll refund you in full. ✔️ You will keep the weight off—or we’ll refund you in full. If you follow the system, stay coachable, and engage in the process, this will be the last fitness program you will ever need. However—if you: ❌ Ignore the coaching ❌ Skip the workouts ❌ Refuse to be communicative, honest, and humble Then, of course, nothing will work. That’s why we track your progress every single day. We are personally committed to your success. 📌 If you struggle, we’ll step in. 📌 If you start to slip, we’ll call you higher. 📌 If you feel lost, we’ll guide you back. That is the entire purpose of Default Kings. We are here to make sure you win. Right Now, you are standing at a crossroads. You have three choices—and only one leads to transformation. Path #1: Do Nothing. Go back to life as it is. Click away from this page, pretend like you never saw this, open up the Uber Eats app, and order another comfort meal. Keep making excuses. Keep telling yourself, “I’ll figure it out later.” And six months from now? Nothing will change. Six years from now? You’ll still be frustrated, still lacking discipline, still convicted every time you look in the mirror—until you just accept it. And when that moment comes, you’ll wish you had taken action today. If you go that route, I pray for you and trust in God’s plan for your life. Path #2: Try to Do It Alone. You can take what you learn on X or chat GPT and try to piece together your own plan. You can do hours of research, attempt to hold yourself accountable, and try to willpower your way through it. And while that’s better than doing nothing… That’s the most common way that men fail. Because if you were capable of holding yourself accountable, you would have done it by now. If you had the time and knowledge to create a sustainable, effective, Biblically based fitness plan that works for your lifestyle, you would have done it by now. But you don’t need just another diet plan. You don’t need just another workout routine. You need a proven system that: ✅ Removes the confusion so you’re never guessing what to do next. ✅ Holds you accountable so you never fall off track again. ✅ Surrounds you with strong, Christian men who push you to succeed. ✅ Rewires your habits so that discipline becomes automatic. Going at this alone means you don’t have the coaching when you need help. It means you don’t have a group of men who can come into agreement with you about what God can do in this area of your life. It means you don’t have the battle-tested frameworks that have helped 800+ Christian men permanently transform their health. And that’s why most men who try to figure it out themselves end up right back where they started—or talking to me again six months later. Path #3: Say “Maybe.” You don’t have to say yes right now. Just say maybe. Maybe you’ve tried and failed before. Maybe you’ve thought about committing to a plan before. Maybe you know you need a real system that actually works for high-achieving Christian men. If that’s the case, then I want to make this easy for you. Instead of asking you to commit to the entire program right now, I’m asking you to commit to just a few minutes of your time for a Free Fat Loss Assessment. 📌 You’ll chat directly with me, Joey, or one of the other experts on our team. 📌 We’ll dive deep into the root cause of why you keep losing weight and gaining it back.| 📌 We’ll give you clear action steps on how to fix this permanently.| And if it makes sense, we’ll show you exactly how Default Kings works. This time is different. This time, you will win. But you have to take the first step. Click the link below and book your Free Fat Loss assessment today. 👇
