Fun fact:- Squirrel babies (called kits) are born blind, hairless, and tiny - about the size of a human thumb! But they develop quickly, and their eyes open after just 3 weeks. By 6 weeks, they're already practicing their nut-gathering skills, and by 8 weeks, they're fully weaned and ready to venture out on their own. Talk about a quick growth spurt! And did you know that baby squirrels have a special "scent gland" on their underside that helps their mom keep track of them? It's like they have a built-in GPS system!
