Take this as a positive criticism… you should drop the gloves for now and practice the basics first before you start throwing punches. The basics are your stance, body movement, skips, burpees and air punches. When your form is right then you can put on gloves and proceed to the next level. Get three plates or 2.5kg and practice this stance movement. You will thank me later.
