It's amazing how tiny the storm is compared to the other hurricanes we have seen this year. That's also helping being so compact for it to go nuts and the Gulf temps and damn near 0 shear.

Thank you, very informative. Can you address Atlantic coast risks next time? Could it remain a hurricane as it crosses the peninsula? Is there significant risk of storm surge and evacuation orders around the Space Coast and north?

What do you make of the continued ESE track? Will it go over Y P. And then turn ENE? Is the trough over eastern gulf stronger than modeled, keeping track south for now? Will that lead to a more southern landfall downstream?

Hey Doc, Milton has been staying in the extreme south side of all the tracks since it began. Is it possible the cone moves drastically south as well to affect south Florida?
