The stump tail macaques being trained to perform for food or usually by other dirty means, they're props for profit and endangered species of macaque and not usually pets. The monkeys will be dumped on the side of the road after a yr or so once no longer profiting. Big on YouTube and in SE Asia. Dogs are treated ok from what I have seen or just ignored. These videos are big in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand. They make hate videos, too. They torture them and sell the videos on Facebook.
