For that Price you get a proper 3 bedroom house, with a double garage in a secluded and safe area in Vanderbijlpark, SE3

With that amount, id build a proper 4 bedroom in the homesteads with a sizable backyard, bore water and live comfortably without having to worry about monthy rates and taxes

These developers are getting away with too much.

Very badly designed house for that price. You walk out of the bathroom and you are in the lounge. You walk out of the bedroom and you are in the lounge and kitchen. What happened to passages?
