For epicureans exploring the Amalfi Coast, a dedicated excursion to the tranquil fishing village of Nerano, nestled on the rugged tip of the Sorrentine Peninsula, is a mandatory pilgrimage. While the village is accessible via winding coastal roads, the premier and most scenic mode of transportation is arriving via a short private water taxi or boat charter from Positano or Sorrento. The boat journey unveils dramatic cliffside views before pulling straight into the sheltered bay of Marina del Cantone. Here, a string of world-class, family-run institutions like Lo Scoglio and Ristorante Maria Grazia operate private tender boats to ferry diners directly from their anchored yachts to the restaurant docks. Nerano is internationally celebrated as the birthplace of Spaghetti alla Nerano, a legendary dish featuring thin slices of local fried zucchini tossed with pasta water and sharp Provolone del Monaco cheese to create a rich, velvety emulsion that captures the true essence of coastal Italian cuisine. 🎥 sistersnacking | IG

Artist Beware! Details/full DM logs below FAILURE TO PAY AGREED COMMISSION PRICE AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERED IN-WORLD IN FUNCTIONING ORDER. Customer: SL: st4rvy resident Discord: st4rvy x: ⭐ST4RVY⭐ Sooo I don't normally bother with artist bewares, because I usually don't have to! The video incl is of my of my entire chat with this person. I ask that no one harass this person, as that is not my goal. I just want other artists to know who they are working with so that they may make an informed decision. St4rvy approached me for a sized up version of the Marz Silvestris. Marz gave me permission to size it up for them, so I began working on establishing exactly how big it needed to be/how it needed to fit. I began my dms with the customer in July 2026, and due to my schedule I was working off and on passing iterations of the head back and fourth until we realized that their deformer they like to use - a height booster - was not compatible with the edits I'd made so far. The head was sinking into the torso when they wore it. In an effort to make this work with the height deformer they like to use, I pulled the head and neck bones up until it matched the height deformer's bone positions approximately. This would mean that if you wear this without the height deformer, its gonna do some funky stuff to your bod. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a gap in communication and I explained that in order to do a version without those accomodations for their height deformer, it would require another rig edit. This would mean I'd have to re-export all of the anims - sans the neck extension/height deformer alignment. this is because a lot of my bento head anims rely on joint positions included. I explained I would be willing to do that for them, but it would require 2x the work, so that would bump the cost to 200 instead of 100 USD. Then they offered to pay me half since it didn't work on 'non deformed' avatars like they had assumed it would. they offered to pay me half (50 USD) for my time, since it was "Incomplete" and "Not future proof" Mutuals have also tried to approach them to try to get them to pay for what work I HAVE done. They claim I haven't sent them a functional copy, however, I did inform them on 9/25/26 that all they have to do is drop the script from silvestris into their head and it will work fine.

Spain has revolutionized the global dessert scene with its ultra-creamy, crustless, and perfectly caramelized Basque-style cheesecakes. This curated food tour takes you through the five most iconic spots in the country to experience this sweet phenomenon. The Top 5 Countdown La Viña (San Sebastián) The Legacy: The birthplace of the global Basque Burnt Cheesecake trend. Opened in 1959 in San Sebastián's Old Town, this casual tavern serves a version that is light, fluffy, and perfectly scorched on the outside while remaining uniformly smooth and soft within. Cheesecake (Madrid) The Modern Twist: Located in trendy neighborhoods like Malasaña and Chueca, this viral sensation is famous for its ultra-creamy, artisanal slices. They are known for being incredibly budget-friendly without sacrificing quality, letting you load your slice with decadent toppings like premium pistachio cream or crushed Lotus biscuits. Casa Botín (Madrid) The Culinary Surprise: Officially recognized as the oldest continuously operating restaurant in the world (founded in 1725). While travelers flock here for their historic wood-fired roast suckling pig, their flawless, velvety Basque cheesecake with a perfectly runny, gooey center has quietly become one of Madrid's most legendary desserts. Jon Cake (Barcelona) The Cheese Master: Located in Barcelona's El Born / Santa Caterina district, pastry chef Jon García has elevated the dessert into an art form. Using a meticulously balanced blend of artisanal cheeses (including IDIAZABAL, Gorgonzola, and Brie), his cakes are celebrated for their intensely rich flavor profile and a hyper-fluid, semi-liquid texture. Alex Cordobés (Madrid) The Undisputed King: Located in Madrid's upscale Salamanca district, this boutique bakery is famously known as the "pastry of long queues" due to the daily crowds waiting on the street. His secret, handmade recipe yields a cheesecake that strikes the ultimate balance, luxuriously creamy, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and structurally flawless. 🎥 iviethefoodie | IG

SB19 members Pablo and Josh shared their admiration for their friends and past collaborators Ben&Ben during an interview with radar Entertainment at the band’s “Saranggola: The Concert” at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Oct. 2. Speaking about Ben&Ben’s influence, Pablo emphasized how much SB19 looks up to the band and how much they have learned from working together. The two bands have collaborated on music since 2021, when they released a joint band version of SB19’s hit ballad “MAPA.” Ben&Ben’s Miguel and Paolo Guico later co-wrote “Kapangyarihan” with SB19’s Pablo. The protest anthem was chosen as the official theme song of the historical teledrama “Pulang Araw.” Pablo also reflected on Ben&Ben’s impact on listeners and aspiring artists, saying their work and the memories they have created with their fans will remain even as the band enters a new chapter. “Lahat ng songs na ginawa nila, lahat ng memories na na-create nila together with everyone na naniwala sa kanila, hinding hindi 'yon mawawala,” he said. When asked about the possibility of another collaboration, Josh said new music together remains possible, noting that the two acts are close friends who stay in touch frequently. He also expressed hope that they could eventually mount a major joint performance, saying, “Gusto rin namin in the future talaga magkaroon kami ng something na pwede naming maging isang selebrasyon na pwede naming sabay-sabay o isang kanta na pwede naming itugtog sa harap ng maraming tao.” Josh ended by praising Ben&Ben’s ability to command the stage and the energy the band has shared with audiences in the Philippines and beyond. SAME ISLAMIC JIHAD: DIFFERENT TARGETS: THIS IS WHAT THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO HEAR The Bondi Beach Hanukkah massacre was not “senseless,” “complex,” or “motiveless.” It was Islamic jihad, and anyone pretending otherwise is lying or complicit. A Muslim father and son aligned with ISIS opened fire on a Jewish Hanukkah celebration in Australia. Jews were targeted. Islam was the motive. Jihad was the method. Full stop. Within hours, political leaders and media outlets did exactly what they always do: erase the ideology, obscure the motive, and protect the narrative, even as blood was still on the ground. That is why this interview matters. In this exclusive RAIR Foundation USA interview, Robert Spencer—Director of Jihad Watch and one of the world’s foremost authorities on Islamic doctrine—states plainly what governments, police, and journalists refuse to say. Spencer explains why the Bondi Beach attack is identical in ideology to the Christmas market attacks across Europe. Different countries. Different victims. Same doctrine. Same war. Jews in Australia. Christians in Europe. Buddhists in Canada. The targets vary. The ideology does not. Islamic jihad is political, aggressive, and expansionist. It explicitly calls for the subjugation of Jews and Christians. That is why attackers strike Hanukkah celebrations and Christmas markets, moments when religious identity is most visible. The message is deliberate: you are being attacked because of who you are. Yet Western leaders still claim they “don’t know why.” Prime Minister Anthony Albanese could not even bring himself to mention Jews or Islam in his statement. Not from ignorance, but from calculation. Naming the truth costs votes. So he chose silence, and the media ran cover. This is not confusion; it's policy! For decades, Western governments have upheld the lie that Islam is “harmless,” even when attackers shout Allahu Akbar, pledge allegiance to ISIS, and act in direct accordance with Islamic texts. Those who point this out are smeared as “racist” or “Islamophobic”, while the bodies accumulate. Spencer dismantles the deception: Terrorism is not the problem—it is the tactic Jihad is not random; it is doctrinal Denial is not accidental; it is deliberate His warning is unmistakable: Submission, not safety, is the objective. Canceling Christmas markets. Canceling public celebrations. Canceling Western identity itself. This is not prevention. It is surrender. History has already written the ending. Every Islamic state was once something else—Christian, Hindu, Zoroastrian. They were transformed by the same process now unfolding in the West. There is no “Western Islam.” No revised Quran. No exemption clause. The time for euphemisms is over. The victims were Jewish. The attackers were Muslims. The motive was Islamic jihad. RAIR Foundation will continue saying what governments and media refuse to say - until denial is no longer possible. 🎥 SEE OUR FULL REPORT AND FULL INTERVIEW HERE:

Input: Jane Jacobs quotes and YouTube interview; handwritten outline; education standards doc. Output: high-quality, standards-aligned urban planning lesson plan. Plus audio overview to promote the class. 10 minutes to create, all thanks to NotebookLM and Gemini. This video is a new demo of NotebookLM that I shared earlier this month at the AI + Education Symposium with MeshEd, XQ, and Betaworks. This is an educational use-case, but the general structure of what I’m doing in the demo—take a curated collection of sources and quickly transform them into a detailed document that obeys strict guidelines—is generally applicable to many fields. Note how I am not just using the sources as ground truth for the project, or as the content for the lesson plan. The Jacobs quotes and interview are the content, but my handwritten notes provide the structure, and the framework source provides the values or guidelines for the finished project. With some simple prompting, NotebookLM and Gemini can draw on information from the sources using those different modes simultaneously: content, format, values. (I even forgot to explicitly tell the model to use the structure outlined in my notes, but it figured that out anyway.) This is remarkably sophisticated knowledge work. Building a draft lesson plan like this would normally take hours if not days. But crucially I’m in control of the document that is being generated here — it’s based on the information that I have curated, and on the instructions I’ve given NotebookLM for adapting that information into the lesson plan I want to create. Co-intelligence, as @ethanmollick would call it. For more info on the great organizations that helped me put this demo together--orgs that are shaping the future of learning and increasing access to innovative approaches to curriculum design--visit and I’ve pasted the full text of the lesson plan below. High-Level Lesson Plan: Urban Planning and Jane Jacobs This lesson plan outlines a project-based learning course on urban planning, designed for high school seniors. It centers on the influential ideas of Jane Jacobs and aligns with the HQPBL standards. Session 1: Introduction to Cities and Jane Jacobs • Begin by exploring the question: "What kind of problem is a city?" • Introduce Jane Jacobs' key ideas about urbanism, focusing on: • The importance of diversity in uses, buildings, and populations for vibrant city life. • The role of sidewalks and "eyes on the street" in ensuring safety and fostering a sense of community. • The value of old buildings in supporting diverse economic activity and fostering innovation. • The dangers of "single-use" zoning and the importance of mixed-use neighborhoods. • The limitations of top-down planning and the need for bottom-up, community-driven approaches. Use examples from Jacobs' book, "The Death and Life of Great American Cities," and excerpts from her interviews to illustrate these concepts. Encourage students to think critically about the challenges and opportunities presented by cities. Alignment with HQPBL: This session establishes the intellectual challenge, as required by the HQPBL framework, by prompting students to consider the complexities of cities. Introducing Jane Jacobs' ideas provides students with a theoretical framework for their projects. Session 2: Neighborhood Exploration Project Introduction: Students choose a local neighborhood to study. This allows for authenticity by connecting their learning to their own community and their lives. Research and Analysis: Students conduct a "close reading" of their chosen neighborhood, focusing on: • Observing the built environment, including streetscapes, building types, and public spaces. • Identifying areas where Jacobs' principles are evident or lacking. • Analyzing the neighborhood's strengths and weaknesses. • Documenting their findings through photography, sketches, maps, and written observations. Guiding Questions: Throughout the project, use guiding questions to promote intellectual challenge and help students connect their observations to Jacobs' ideas. Alignment with HQPBL: By choosing a local neighborhood, students undertake a project rooted in authenticity, directly connecting their learning to their own community. The "close reading" of their chosen neighborhood encourages intellectual challenge by requiring them to analyze the built environment and identify areas where Jacobs' principles are applicable. The use of photography, sketches, maps, and written observations allows for diverse forms of documentation, catering to various learning styles. Session 3: Proposing Interventions Brainstorming Solutions: Based on their analysis, students brainstorm potential interventions or improvements to their chosen neighborhood, applying Jacobs' principles. Project Proposal Development: Students develop their interventions into more concrete project proposals, incorporating elements of project management. Proposals should include goals, strategies, potential challenges, and realistic timelines. Encourage students to consider the perspectives of different stakeholders in the neighborhood. Peer Review and Feedback: Students present their project proposals to classmates for critique. This fosters collaboration and allows students to learn from each other's perspectives and refine their ideas. Alignment with HQPBL: This session emphasizes project management, as students transform their analyses into concrete proposals. They define goals, outline strategies, anticipate challenges, and establish realistic timelines, reflecting a systematic approach to project development. Collaboration is fostered through peer review and feedback, enabling students to learn from different perspectives and improve their proposals. Session 4: Final Presentations and Reflections Public Product: Students finalize their projects and present their proposed solutions to a wider audience, such as: • A panel of local urban planners, architects, or community members. • A public forum or community meeting. • An online platform or exhibition space. Reflection: Students engage in reflection throughout the project, documenting their learning, challenges, and insights. This could take the form of journals, blog posts, presentations, or group discussions. Encourage students to reflect on how their understanding of cities has evolved and the role they can play in shaping their future. Alignment with HQPBL: Presenting to a wider audience, such as local planners or community members, results in a public product, showcasing student learning and engaging the community. The emphasis on reflection throughout the project, as mandated by the HQPBL framework, encourages metacognition and deeper learning. Students document their learning process, challenges, and insights, fostering a sense of accomplishment and personal growth. Throughout the course, emphasize the relevance of urban planning to students' lives and future careers. Connect Jacobs' ideas to contemporary urban issues and encourage students to think critically about how to create more livable, equitable, and sustainable cities. This project-based learning approach, grounded in the work of Jane Jacobs and aligned with HQPBL standards, can empower students to become engaged and informed citizens, capable of contributing to the betterment of their communities.
