I asked Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, Kimi K3 to build the Eiffel Tower in Three.js. Opus 5.5: $8.95 | 10 mins GPT-6 Astra: $7.45 | 8 mins GPT-6 Sol: $3.90 | 5 mins Kimi K3: $4.04 | 6 mins Opus 5.5 really impressed me. The frontend and 3D detailing are seriously good, and I preferred it over Astra for this task. GPT-6 Sol was a bit disappointing, while Kimi K3 looks really good for the price. It delivered a strong result at almost half the cost. Kimi K3.1 is going to be a monster for sure. Overall, Anthropic made a great comeback with Opus 5.5.

Opus 5.5 killed the game. We had it and GPT-6 Sol both draw Dario in Canva with ego (lite). Claude Opus 5.5: 1h 23m, $6.31 GPT-6 Sol: 26m, $14.97 Opus took 3x longer, cost less than half, and drew a much better Dario.

I tested GPT-6 Sol on $20 plan I set the effort to "MAX" I am NOT happy with the results - 15 Million tokens - 7% weekly limit used - $4.21 API cost - 35 minutes of work So... you are getting 857 Million tokens of GPT-6 Sol And wierd part is... only $250 API usage / month?? Claude was $1100 / month with Opus 5 at Max at $20 sub AND Again!! IT IS EXTREMELY SLOW!!! it did NOT complete the task!! I specifically mentioned it to test in THIS SPECIFIC way it only tested "builds" and called it a day Tbh, this is my 4th test with Codex... and I'd prefer Claude (with Opus 5) NOTE: This was a test, I don't use gpt-6 or Opus 5.5 on max for my own workflows... this just shows how much you are getting in "tokens" for the "price" you are paying.

Guess the cartoon this scene is from. Opus 5.5 is great, but do not write GPT-6 off. This test asked for a fully procedural build of a rather famous scene, no imports, no generators. And here, to my eye, GPT-6 did it noticeably better. Both models ran on Max effort, both took about an 1.5h. Opus 5.5: 141 objects, 51-step build timelapse. GPT-6: 616 objects, 727-step build timelapse.

sonnet 5 is routing to sonnet 5.5 it's been a week since it started routing to newer model and team already confirmed that sonnet 5.5 is coming soon from early testing it looks like a huge upgrade from sonnet 5 like opus 5 to opus 5.5 just look at this output, it looks way better then gpt 6 sol i think it's either anthropic is training their models on voxels or sol is just bad please openai don't let sonnet mog sol

This threejs experience am building is going to be insanely amazing. Built a tiny harbour town - an apartment I can't move into 🏮 Started with a single illustration. This will turn it into a whole explorable city with Opus 5.5 + Blender + Three.js. little robots wandering the piers. warm windows over teal water. a boat you can actually take out in the rain. cozy little worlds where you come to look around and accidentally spend the evening. Stay tuned..

GPT-5.6 vs GPT-5.5 on my custom spaceship prompt. I gave both models the exact same custom prompt. This is also the same prompt I previously gave to Fable 5. For context, GPT-5.6 Pro worked for 87 minutes, while GPT-5.5 Extra High worked for 34 minutes and 42 seconds. As I’ve said before, based on great authority GPT-5.6 will be an incremental/soldi improvement over GPT-5.5, not a “Fable killer.” My rough expectation has been that it would trade blows with Fable 5 on some benchmarks, maybe win around half depending on the category, but not clearly surpass it overall. And again fable five will have bigger model smell, but this was expected. After testing this coding output, that view feels pretty accurate. GPT-5.6 is clearly better than GPT-5.5 in several visual areas. The lighting, shading, chairs, object details, and exterior of the spaceship looked noticeably stronger. The scene was also easier to test. I do want to give GPT-5.5 credit though. It built out the rooms much much better and the planets looked better than GPT-5.6’s. It was also interesting that both GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.6 produced better-looking planets than Fable 5 in this specific test. The downside with GPT-5.5 was stability. The game was much glitchier and harder to test compared to GPT-5.6. But when it comes to the core of the demo, which is the spaceship itself, Fable 5 still beat both models pretty comfortably. GPT-5.6 is impressive, but from this test, it looks exactly like what I expected which was a meaningful incremental improvement over GPT-5.5, at least for indie game demos, but not something that replaces Fable 5.
