More Americans need to realize this about data centers: You and your town hold ALL the bargaining leverage against them. You don't need them, but the tech companies need your approval. And they're often willing to give you a massive return for it. We shouldn't just throw that away...

Bullshit. Tech companies are using NDAs to sneak in their data centers into communities. Why are you spewing lies.

Advice from Glenn Beck:" become a prostitute. Even if you know that what you’re doing isn’t right, do it for money and squeeze as much as you can out of it".

Why aren't data centers trying to occupy old warehouse districts in major cities instead of small town America? Unless they need the resources they claim not to need.

@JayciKraynek Ohioans are paying 2:1 for the data centers. You obviously do not understand what is really happening on the ground. Don’t be a shill for this propaganda war.

You are a shill. First, the cost of electricity and water have sky rocketed in every community data centers are built. Second, the entire DC narrative is spin for the digital prison. Third, FUCK YOU.

Wow, Trump comes out in favor of data centers, and then watch Beck start to make the case for data centers. Is there any policy Trump could push that Beck would openly reject at this point?

We have plenty of data centers. The ones they're trying to erect is for the surveillance state so the gov can turn us into China. "The United States leads with 4,165 data centers, representing roughly 38% of the worldwide total of about 11,000 facilities."

I really don't see any pros only cons. They should refurbish the ones we have if anything how I see it is the globalist observe the communist country to figuring out what model people will accept without fighting back. Being in a technology race with China is just making us have less Freedom. Under the guise of national security.

@PedenMary No, they aren’t. They sign NDA’s with our city and town councilmen in secret. You are about nine months too late in this discussion.

They are not actually talking about a typical data center. They are talking about a hyper data center which has its own share of potentially harmful environmental issues. Best educate yourself before you get on the hyper data center band wagon.

You need to realize. In Texas we have NOT held any leverage with them. They get tremendous tax breaks, use our resources, and cost us a fortune. The Americans they pay off to build here get wealthy, not common Americans. After the construction is done, no jobs.

PRETTY FUNNY YOU SAY THAT BC 95% OF THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN BUILT HAVE BEEN DONE AGAINST THE WILL OF LOCAL CITIZENS, OR POLITICIANS DO BACK DOOR DEALS AND APPROVED THEM BEFORE PEOPLE EVEN KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. WE DO NOT WANT THEM. WE DO NOT CONSENT. WE WILL NOT TOLLERATE.

tech giants want to build "ai data centers" which are not just data centers i.e. servers to store & manage apps & services already in use. The "ai data centers" use massive computing - hence the space, power, water... and noise + unexpressed health dangers. Don't conflate. Then we can discuss what this ai run by globalists/socialists will do, & what "science" & sources are anointed credible (for what purposes) & allowed surveillance in what should be private.

Jordan Peterson: "If you're competent and silent you will be ignored." "You might think well people should reward you because you're competent. And yes of course they should. But if you're competent and silent then you're just part of the background that's keeping everything functioning" On why you cannot negotiate from a position of weakness: "If you want to push your career forward you have to push it forward. You have to be competent and you have to be strategic" "To be strategic when you negotiate for a new position or a new salary you have to be able to say if you don't give me what I want then something you don't like will happen to you" "It's not a physical threat. It's that you have an option" "You have your CV in order. You're educated and competent and desirable to people outside of your immediate job. You're willing to instantly put yourself on the job market" "So that when you go talk to the person you're negotiating with you're credible" On the one thing most people completely miss about negotiation: "It's very seldom that you're talking to the person who's at the top of the pecking order. What you need to do is tell them a story that they can tell to their boss to make you not a problem" "A good story is look we really need this person because they're hyper competent and they have a better offer" "If you go in there with no power you're going to lose. Obviously" He concludes with the one thing every competent person needs to hear: "The first thing you need to know if you're going to negotiate is that you have to be able to say no. And what no means is that you're not going to do it"

A child's sexuality does not erase the years you spent raising them. It doesn't erase the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the memories, or the love you once had for them. If your child comes to you with the truth about who they are, remember that they are still the same child who called you "Mom" or "Dad." The only difference is that they trusted you enough to be honest. Rejecting, disowning, or abandoning your child doesn't change who they are. It only changes where they feel safe. Instead of running into your arms, they may run into the arms of strangers, where they can be vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, homelessness, depression, or even suicide. Love should never be conditional. A parent's love should be the safest place a child can ever find, not the first place they experience rejection. You don't have to agree with everything about your child to treat them with dignity, compassion, and love. Families can have difficult conversations without abandoning one another. At the end of the day, ask yourself this: if your child needed you at their lowest moment, would you want them to remember your love or your rejection? Children don't stop being your children because they tell you the truth about themselves. They still need guidance. They still need protection. Most of all, they still need their parents. Choose love over rejection. Choose understanding over abandonment. Your child will remember that choice for the rest of their life.

The subject of 'owning a slave' is dense. It is something we hear a lot when we are in the FemDom Realm. Is it just fantasy? Can it actually be a lifestyle? How do we navigate this type of dynamic? How do we even get to that level of D/s? In this short clip [Exerpt from SLAVE TRAINING Part 2] I want to already bring to your attention one thing that will define if your desire for a slave (or desire as a slave) is touching more on a fantasy or... how can you actually navigate this in a realistic way. No one person 'can do it all' or should be expected to. If you want your slave to be 'the best' , assign them a specific role in which they can excel... and then build upon that. Once they 'master' your housekeeping (which takes quite a bit of real training), they can move to other levels. And an important note I want to leave here... make them EARN access to certain things in your life that sometimes you just want to delegate because you don't want to manage or don't know how to manage. Entrusting them with serious tasks that can affect your life, your business, your reputation, are on top of the ladder. Are they even qualified for the thing you want them to take off your shoulders? Start small and allow them to grow in their submission, to develop their skills and to learn how to best satisfy you without setting them up for failure by expecting too much, too quick. In the end, if you want this to truly work, you have to approach it from a place that transcends the roles. As this is consensual power exchange. And you both want to be fulfilled in that relationship.
