I've been accused of cherry picking my highlights, glazing myself, and being overly positive about my progress. Well here's me after my 14th loss in a row in 1v1Me league. This moment was a blur, I can't remember if I'm crying or why I'm holding my face. It's difficult to put into words the feeling of going on such a loss streak despite studying the game more than ever. My hands get sweaty and shake uncontrollably especially when I'm about to win. No amount of in game training can prepare me for this issue I have mentally. I can know all the correct answers but my anxiety hinders my ability to execute. If anyone has experience with this and would like to share any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Taking a break is not an option at the moment.

So if you’ve been following, you know that the state of Connecticut lied about postponing the chemical spraying in our waterways until 2026. Regardless of local (and now national) public outcry, they decided to rush ahead and poison our rivers and lakes with Diquat, a chemical that is estimated to be up to 200 times more toxic than Glyphosate, banned in Europe, and proven to be harmful to humans and wildlife. We’ve got eyes on the water, and a team of people working behind the scenes on multiple fronts. And those involved in this assault on our water will regret the reckless decision they’ve made. This issue has obviously become deeply personal for me. They’ve written articles to discredit me, called me a conspiracy theorist spreading fear mongering “misinformation” .. Criticizing me for refusing to sit down, shut my mouth, and “trust the experts” For them to think that such things would scare me off was a gross miscalculation. This was never about me. It was about protecting the state I call home. The people, the animals, and our water. They think we’ll accept it for what it is and walk away defeated. They miscalculated that one too. This is far from over. And remember : this isn’t just about Connecticut. Several other states have either already sprayed this year or are planning to. But the fight has to start somewhere. I looked into the "Data centers are bad!" arguments and it's not what I thought. I thought it would mostly be about environmental concerns, such as power, water, and pollution. But what emerged in my research is that it's more about power concentration and wealth inequality. While there is a strong NIMBY-ism flavor to the anti-datacenter sentiment, there's also very much a "new robber barons" undercurrent. Hyperscalers are getting sweetheart deals from states to dodge taxes for decades, and not creating many jobs. Furthermore, they are skirting zoning laws and getting fast-tracked approvals. I think that Big Tech could be doing a lot more for perception management, and if they don't, then people are going to just continue getting angrier, especially as AI starts to eat more jobs.

⏰ I normally feed the dogs at 6.30am but couldn’t get out of bed until 9.30 today because of depression. 🙏 I could easily have got someone to cover and do it for me but wanted to force myself up. It was tough. 🐶 Anxiety too bad to deal with people today but the dogs and their happy tails helped immeasurably 🌴 Fresh air and doing something helps but as people with depression and anxiety know even a simple thing can seem monumentally hard. Feeding the dogs is the highlight of my day and I still struggled to get out and do it. Thinking of people who have to go to work, face hard social situations and can’t afford to not be in hard situations with their own anxiety / depression. 💤 I probably won’t get much more then this done today as I feel very rough but the dogs are fed and I feel like I achieved something even if I was moving like in quicksand

2025 was a very tough year for me and my family. I’m not someone who usually shares very personal things here, but I wanted to be honest because we’re all human, and we all go through hard seasons 🥹🙏🏽🤍 This year I dealt with anxiety in a way I never had before. We lost two family members, and one of them was someone who truly became like a second dad to me. He was such an important part of our family, and his loss deeply changed us. Then, just when I thought my heart couldn’t take more, a few weeks ago I almost lost my dad to a heart attack. Thank God he’s healing and doing better 🙏🏽❤️ but It was unexpected, scary, and life-shaking. It was a year of ups and downs. God opened doors for me in the most incredible ways ✨🙏🏽 but He also walked me through moments that tested me and taught me to slow down and appreciate life in a deeper way. If this year was heavy for you too, I’m with you and I understand you 🙏🏽❤️ love you mi gente!

Is there even such a thing as a political honeymoon any more? Keir Starmer has been propelled to No10 with a historic majority… in the first few weeks he’s done a deal with the junior doctors and managed to get some tricky legislation comfortably through Parliament. And yet he’s struggling to shake off the narrative around gifts and hospitality he’s accepted… and he’s faced a barrage of leaks about his Chief of Staff Sue Grey. Now a lot of you might be thinking – this is all nonsense, the taxpayer isn’t paying for his Arsenal tickets, and who cares if Sue Gray is paid more than the Prime Minister – what are all you journalists on anyway? But I do want to make one point though. Someone in No10 or close to No10 is leaking stories to cause maximum damage to the PM’s most senior staff member. And this isn’t happening a couple of years into the premiership. It’s happening a couple of MONTHS in. And yes it’s important to put this in context – it’s not exactly going to bring down a government, or thwart the legislative programme, let’s not get too carried away. But still. It points to a level of dysfunction in the political operation. And it’s something that No10 will be desperate to get a grip on.

🤯GENIUS HEALTHY LAVA CAKE DESSERT This is without a doubt the best high protein dessert Ive made and yes it includes cottage cheese! It packs 43g protein and 400 calories for the entire batch, which you can easily divide into 2 or 3 servings. It’s also rich and chocolatey, and you can add as many chocolate chips as you desire to make taste even better! Here is how I made it: Ingredients: 8oz cottage cheese (half a 16oz tub) 2 eggs 4 tbsp powdered monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) 3 tbsp cacao powder (use 2.5 tbsp if you want it less rich) Small splash of vanilla extract Optional but highly recommended: a sprinkle of sugar free or chocolate chips 1️⃣ First, the cottage cheese. I processed 8oz cottage cheese in a small food processor until smooth to get rid of the curds. Transfer to a small oven-safe bowl. 2️⃣ To the processed cottage cheese, crack in 2 eggs 3️⃣ Add the cacao powder (I use 3 tbsp … sometimes more… but I like it really rich) 4️⃣ Stir in 3 to 4 tbsp of powdered monkfruit or preferred sweetener. Make sure it’s POWDERED. That is key 5️⃣ Add a splash of vanilla extract and mix thoroughly till you have a nice smooth batter. 6️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if desired, shake it so it somewhat submerges into the cake to get you the lava cake feel. Again, use as many as you like 7️⃣ Pop it into the oven and bake at 350°F for 33-35 mins. 8️⃣ Remove, let cool for two or three mins.
