Going to be doing some cold weather stress testing - arriving with a toasty Model S battery, probably tomorrow night. But if they won’t charge these cars at all, I wonder if it can handle the full load of a thirsty Model S

Will be visiting again in 1hr to see if they’re still faulting ⚡️

Here’s what I believe to be the spec sheet for the BTC chargers we have installed at our Loveland location. Rated to -30C - we will just about be reaching that in a few hours. What I don’t have is the dispenser data as I believe that’s EA propriety and could be the problem here

If ABB HPC had issues in the cold there wouldn’t be any in Norway 😂

ABB loves the cold, not so much the heat!

Crazy, if the supercharger network failed due to cold weather it would make the nightly news… definitely need to get more pressure onto EA to step it up, this could leave a lot of standard EV owners this holiday season. 😳

Watching one of your videos now!

Dangerous in cold temps to be stuck without a charge. EA needs to get it together.

Not activating or what are they doing?

Something in the handshake is failing. Couple contactor clicks and then faults out
