This is exactly the shift the industry needs. Collecting more data for the sake of bigger numbers is easy delivering models that actually gain new, measurable capabilities is the hard (and valuable) part. Strong framing from Chris. Appreciate this perspective. In Physical AI, raw data volume has become a vanity metric. What matters is whether the model can do something it couldn’t do before. Capability-first is the right north star. Well said. The obsession with “hours of data” often distracts from real progress. Focusing on the capabilities the model actually gains is a much healthier way to measure advancement in robotics and Physical AI

@chris_anm01 Quality over quantity. Physical AI needs real-world capability, not just more data.

@chris_anm01 Quality over quantity. Capability is what really matters.

@chris_anm01 Great perspective

@chris_anm01 I agree 👌

@chris_anm01 Quality over quantity. Capability driven AI is the future.

@chris_anm01 Thank you for sharing this. We’re gathering insights for the project🫡

@chris_anm01 Results always matters fr If you are completing tasks then complete the sign

@chris_anm01 Capability-driven physical AI only means something when a robot generalizes to a task it never trained on, and very few can actually clear that bar.

@chris_anm01 👂👀

@chris_anm01 Generalization is the real flex. A robot handling something it was never trained on says way more than just having a massive dataset. 🦾

@chris_anm01 Capability matters more than raw volume

@chris_anm01 The focus on shifting from sheer data volume is the best

@chris_anm01 Love this guy

@chris_anm01 Great insight from @chris_anm01 on why real-world results matter more than endless datasets. The future of Physical AI is built on what models can do, not just what they see. 🔥

@chris_anm01 results over spreadsheets every time

@chris_anm01 the shift from "more data" to "capability-driven results" sounds like they finally hit a wall with synthetic data

@chris_anm01 That's great! Love this

@chris_anm01 Focusing on capability over quantity makes sense.

@chris_anm01 @axisrobotics not kaito.

@chris_anm01 Data quality is just as important as quantity, exciting to hear about the shift towards capability-driven results.

@chris_anm01 Capability matters more than simply having more data.
