This comprehensive legal dossier—detailing a potential large-scale, multi-year judicial RICO case—how the San Joaquin Superior Court, Sacramento Superior Court, and the Third District Court of Appeal weaponized a nonexistent, void juvenile dependency exit order and coordinated extrinsic fraud to orchestrate systemic judicial persecution against me, by my ex and his counsel to harm my child in violation of nearly every California law govenring family law and juvenile dependency law—is now publicly accessible and being formally submitted to the court: Every single time I try to see my child, I face death threats, constant attacks, and devastating losses. Meanwhile, my ex has spent years manipulating my nearly 9-year-old daughter by hiding her from me and forcing another woman to play the role of her mother, leaving her psychologically confused about why I love her so much while they feed her nasty lies behind my back. When she previously raised safety concerns about her caretaker and her father, I tried to help her through the courts—only for her to face worse abuse at home while the courts did nothing. My child learned to pretend she loved her abusers just to survive, giving up on believing anyone could protect her. To ensure no one can protect her, my ex, his lawyers, and the court actively conceal her whereabouts from me entirely. When we are finally allowed to see each other, it is under extreme, invasive surveillance—even to the point of supervisors following us into the restroom and watching us, making both of us feel intensely uncomfortable and unsafe. They did this specifically to block any genuine communication, logging our every word, our interactions, and even how my child slept. The San Joaquin Court actually demands official reports from these supervisors detailing how we go to the restroom, what we talk about, and how the child sleeps. How is any of this legal? It defies all logic, yet this is how the system operates here. On top of that, my ex deliberately sabotages our limited visitation by exhausting the child or forcing her to miss important social events with her friends just to block our time together. Meanwhile, the San Joaquin Court flat-out refuses to let me submit any evidence documenting the abuse my child and I have suffered, while the Sacramento Court under Judge Kara Ueda refuses to protect either of us and colluded with Adam Ramirez—then an attorney who was subsequently appointed as a judge by Governor Newsom, just like herself—to hit me with sanctions simply for bringing the truth to light through Sacramento court. Attorneys Lisa Thiessen and Adam Ramirez were granted unlimited, back-channel access to the San Joaquin court—even doing so on the record—while the appellate court looked the other way. It is painfully obvious that these judges and favored lawyers hold closed-door, ex parte meetings to pre-decide cases before anyone even steps into a courtroom, reducing any notion of a fair hearing to a complete illusion. Many of them share ties to a deeply questionable local Humphreys Law School, and the most egregious actors get rewarded with judicial appointments by Governor Newsom to help cover up the corruption. The harder you fight to defend your rights, the more you face targeted stress and the genuine threat of physical harm—and I know of parents who raised these exact issues and tragically disappeared or died under suspicious circumstances. So you tell me: what is someone supposed to do in a situation like this? How do I keep fighting to see my child when the conditions I'm forced into are entirely unsafe for both of us? The trap is absolute: if I dare raise a single objection about this invasive supervision process, my visitation is instantly cut off, she disappears for years just like she did before, and the courts refuse to lift a finger to help me recover her—in fact, as their past actions prove, they are more than happy to help make her vanish. How is anyone supposed to feel safe walking into a court like that? I’m going to make sure everyone knows exactly when my upcoming court proceedings are, because to be completely honest with you, I don't feel safe going there by myself.
