If you paid attention to the first half performance. The first-teamers has struggled to build-up their game this way. They can't move the ball as efficiently as these academy lads. Sometimes you go out looking for gold when there's treasure in the back garden. After seeing those Carrington prospects, i have this strong belief that we can pick one or two from there. If it's mixing few of the 'GOOD' first team players to the academy lads, then i am all there for it.

Just imagine when we got Martinez , manioo , Tielemans , tchouameni and Bruno in the team as well

We outnumbered them in this screenshot, beautiful attacking play and if it didn't work plenty of people to pick up the loose ball, brilliant team work against a team who's season is already up and running

Chido has really improved his hold up play huh. It's funny how the academy builds up fluidly than the first team still. But I think it's more coz the kids have been together for longer coz they tend to mix under 18 & 21 a lot in cases of injuries

What I am a bit worried about is the fact that the lads from the academy are the ones moving the ball better than the first teamers. I wish these lads will be trusted more over the course of the season. Amer, Amass and Lacey in particular look really good.

The kids play very neat football, I dare say, it looked a bit more coordinated than our senior players in first half lol 😂

Every single time the Man Utd academy get on the Pitch the difference in Control, IQ, Possession and sleak movement goes up a notch. 2 games in a row and they have absolutely been good in both, wonder why the first team struggles with floor basics of playing well

@IszybeeTheFirst Even Collyer who I’ve always rated, is so much better now, tall, physical, athletic, can defend and pass well, especially after his loan , but won’t still get chances 🤦‍♂️ cos we need to always sign players

haven't clocked on yet that we'll never dominate possession and do things like this with Harry Maguire in the team, he's far too slow in possession and when you watch him he thinks he's the deep lying playmaker, he'll ignore the simple pass and dwell on the ball far too often

Luke Shaw will be outside the box instead of joining the attack

The difference BTW the young lads and our first team is the ability to try "that pass" that Toby's pass (weak foot) would have easily been recycled or passes sideways.

Danny Armer. If he were right footed would be in the squad next season, unfortunately he is left footed with Martinez and Heaven ahead of him. Either way, he should force his way in with Martinez out most times

This has nothing to do with Carrick, IMO Against Wrexham they dominated in the second half but couldn't get the goal,now against Rosenberg the same thing,far better than the first team in both games They're well coached and doing the basics efficiently.

Yea it led to a successful goal, but that 3rd pass i personally think it should have been to Amass instead of Chido Obi.. He already made the run and he was On-side. Chido Obi would have easily gotten the goal through this route of passing.
