More reason why getting a license to operate a boat should be mandatory imagine driving a boat without wearing life jacket

You are all idiots ! No one drives or rides in boats with life jackets on with the exception of young kids or elderly people that would need assistance. If I see people riding in a pontoon with life jackets on, know they are probably the same people wearing masks while walking down the street outside.

Driving a boat without a life jacket is fine. Riding on the bow like she is in Florida is illegal as hell and extremely dangerous.

The ISSUE is her falling off, distracted driver has seconds to kill the prop before the pontoons funnel her straight to the blades.

You are required to have enough life jackets on board for everyone on board, you are not required to wear them at all times. The only ones required to are those under a certain age. When you are operating your boat feel free to operate as you see fit.

You do need to take a course to operate a 10 hp or above boat in Florida if you were born after 1988. After owning a boat in Florida for the past 10 years, I think an IQ test would be more appropriate though. 🤦
