NHS needs destroying And rebuilt from scratch.

The NHS is such a great idea. Not one other country has copied it.

The problem is the dependency, if we require the government to micromanage our own life top to bottom taxes are a obvious consequence. We need to lower dependency on government completely, less social service more private, more self accountability

Ah yes, it needs a revamp, an overhaul, a reform. Sounds like something that can only be done with increased taxation and further money injection, no?
