The fuel cell is easy to make, these are the easiest to follow instructions. There are a lot of different designs. This one is reasonable simple. Out put is enough to run a 2L four cylinder engine.

Need a crew of like minded people to redesign the Ballard Fuel Cell for an ICE. Ridiculous to consider all the energy input to make reactants only to vent them in favor of catching an electron. Purposeful design flaw for failure>> electric cars.

@AKaren2448k There's no mystery here. Use electrolysis to split the water into Hydrogen and oxygen . Burn the hydrogen to boost your gasoline mileage and remake the water which will drain out the tail pipe I've seen under the hood of a pick up truck w such a rig.
