Police say the altercation began when a 61-year-old man asked 40-year-old Kirill Basin to turn down his music. Basin then allegedly implied he had a firearm and would shoot the man's wife – before being knocked out. Police say he also threatened several people with a knife before tossing it into the ocean. Basin is being held on one million dollars bail.
