imo the WG will survive at the end. I think that'll be Vivi's agenda, all the races will be invited and Coby will be fleet admiral. I think the WG itself is part of a dream that got co-opted by Imu. But dreams dont die. Labeling it as evil is therefore not what Oda wants to do.
