Good Morning, Moon. 🌙 Good days start with good mornings. Whether it’s a quiet hike, a few moments of meditation, or an early morning run, morning gives us all a chance to focus on the day ahead. We brought together AG1 Morning People from across the world to put our morning spin on the beloved story “Goodnight Moon” originally written by Margaret Wise Brown. Narrated by Morning Person and legendary, award-winning producer Rick Rubin (Rick Rubin). Music score composed by Austin Farwell. #GoodMorningMoon #AG1MorningPeople

Mark Zuckerberg's morning routine isn't meditation or cold plunges, it's two hours of getting punched. Mark says the moment he checks his phone every morning, the frustration starts immediately. "I look at my phone and I'm just like, all these things that these people are doing, what are you fucking kidding me? It's like, I have to go fucking deal with this." "I compose myself and go fight for two hours, like, re-center myself. And then it's like, now I can go deal with the stuff."

Elon has a great way of explaining this. He says: "My way of dealing with mental problems is to make sure you really care about what you're doing and take the pain." I think it's so funny that the most productive person on earth does zero meditation or journaling and doesn’t optimize his morning routine. He wakes up and picks up his phone and goes to war. Every day. That's his routine. He goes to war.

This morning, St. Peter's Basilica was filled with 4,000 seminarians and formators gathered to hear Pope Leo XIV give a meditation for their Jubilee. He reflected on the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the priestly life, challenging the seminarians to “learn how to listen, as Jesus did, to the often silent cry of the little ones, of the poor and the oppressed, and of the very many people, especially young people, who are searching for meaning in their lives.”
