Public schools have failed all children. Mostly because they started teaching to the lowest common denominator. Which in this case is the BLM community. Throwing more money at the problem, won't fix it. I've been trying to teach my dog to speak English for the last five years... no luck. I'm sure it's just because I need a teacher's union and it has nothing to do with the fact that my dog doesn't have the mental acuity to speak English.
