try to avoid packaged processed and food outside to extent feasible (particularly if you are not traveling outstation on work or leisure). Make stuff that you like at home with curated ingredients and enjoy.

I don’t eat packaged food … it’s been 3 years since I consumed any biscuit chips or any such packaged food … I eat cooked food that’s all! Once in a while a pizza or a burger of some fried rice .. else happy with two meals and 16 hours fasting
