This is literally the easiest way to build an AI agent. Zero code. You only need to run a couple of commands. (I've said this before, but Google ADK is my favorite way to build code-first agents.) Here is what you need to do: 1. Open your terminal and create an empty folder 2. Run `uv init` inside the folder (if you don't have uv installed, you are really missing out!) 3. Install the google-adk library using the following command: `uv add google-adk`. 4. At this point, you can use the ask to create your agent with a single command: `uv run adk create --type=config my_agent`. This will ask you a couple of questions, including your GEMINI_API_KEY (you can create one online). 5. The command above will create a my_agent/root_agent.yaml file. Open it and add the following two lines at the end of the file so your agent can use Google to search for stuff: tools: - name: google_search 6. You have everything you need now. Run the adk web interface and start playing with your agent: `uv run adk web` That's it! Literally zero code. The agent works off the YAML configuration file.

This is exactly what i was hoping for... - Full permissions - no "cowork" like feature which limits agent abilities - Just codex... If you ask for coding task it writes code and gives you a preview. If you ask for a presentation or doc it gives you a presentation or doc. Organized by project on the left side bar. Easy to create skills, easy to @ mention skills / plugins Btw my Readwise automation is insane. Every morning it codex sends me a deck of all my x bookmarks organized by topic. And i highly recommend using the excaladraw skill to render diagrams into docs.

I'm SO impressed by Claude Skills. They are the best way to package custom instructions (and code) for the agent to access. (I prefer this to Claude Code's subagents because of the way it handles context) I used the skill-creator skill (comes default inside Claude) to create a skill for designing a presentation like Steve Jobs or Seth Godin, then used that skill to create a PPT about Claude Code. Below is a walkthrough of the results. The output when using the above mentioned skill vs when i don't is so clear. I'm bullish on what this implies for both Claude web and Claude Code. Extremely powerful. Anthropic cooked! 🔥

And it understands you and you can be really vague about things like "move this" , modify the color "here" and it will understand what you are pointing at. Im loving using it and I built it for myself as I was tired of clicking screenshots all the time and attaching it to my codex or claude code sessions Now I can just point, speak or type and drag and drop it anywhere I am giving free access to it in the comments and I would love for you to try it out. How to grow on 𝕏 as fast as possible. Everything I've learned building to 700K+ followers: 1. Pick the right topic first The topic you pick determines the audience you build. Doesn't have to be the biggest topic - just has to be the right one for what you eventually want to sell. If you want to sell AI consulting, create AI content. If you want to sell YouTube coaching, create content about growing on YouTube. The topic you pick determines the audience you build. The audience you build determines what you can monetise. 2. Master the hook First sentence. That's it. That's the whole game. Your hook has one job: make someone stop scrolling. The hook isn't to inform them or impress them, it's to get them to stop. Tip: Build your own hook library. 3. Give people a reason to follow This is the one most people miss. Going viral and getting followers are not the same thing. You can hit 2 million impressions and gain 50 followers if you don't give people a reason to follow you. Your CTA doesn't have to be "follow me." It can be: → "I'll be posting a full breakdown of this next week" → "Bookmark this and come back when you're ready to build" → "I've been doing this for 5 years, here's what I learned" Anything that signals authority, builds anticipation, or creates a reason to stay. The formula is simple: The right topic + a scroll-stopping hook + a reason to follow. Most people get one of the three right, but if you get all three right consistently, the growth compounds fast.
