Does my footwork change when setting up two balls back. Or do I still address ball, left foot 1 and right foot two then set up 2 balls back with the head of the club?

I don’t have this problem. I have an 8 degree driver and I still launch it. Tee it lower you say? Still launch it. I have an over the top problem that likes to creep back in mid round.
