A huge population doesn't prove or disprove any health theory. Clean water, sanitation, nutrition, vaccines, and modern medicine have all played major roles in increasing life expectancy and reducing disease.

I agree on clean water and nutrition. However “modern medicine”, AKA Rockefeller’s takeover of medicine in the 20th century’s business model has been to insure an alive but sick population is sustained to be perpetually milked for profit . As far as vaccines go, they are harmful and at best only ineffective. And this counts for every single vaccine. The concept of vaccination is based on the bogus germ theory.
