Most NAD supplements don’t work. When you take standard NAD+ orally, it breaks down in your stomach. It never makes it to your cells. That’s wasted time and money. What makes liposomal different? – NAD stays intact through digestion – Bypasses first-pass metabolism – Delivers directly to your cells...

Off topic -- when I google, MANY hydro bottles say you endorsed them. Which one do you really endorse??!!

@thegarybrecka also endorses methylene blue by @10xhealthsystem. This is what I got! Two bottles of this. I sent a complaint and they said THIS is normal and they wouldn’t refund me. I escalated the matter and they ghosted me. Not all of his products are good for you!!

The jury is still out on liposomal versions, so let the buyer beware. there are plenty of ways biomechanically to increase endogenous NAD+ in the body. When the body is in homeostasis homeodynamics, it will take of NAD+ balance. There are plenty of good whole foods that can foster the bodies production. It's best to focus on what's decreasing your nad+ and its endogenous production. If someone is disregulated, maybe look to the old school way with little supplementation with vitamin B3 Niacin with TMG. Niacin sauna sauna detox is also a powerful detox protocol. Due diligence as there is not one size fits all as everyone is individualized to themselves and their lifestyle. Work on personal discovery to know thyself.

NAD is the molecule behind energy, recovery, and aging. But most people still can’t explain what it actually does or what it means to “raise” it. In this episode, Dr. Charles Brenner (Charles Brenner, PhD), the scientist who discovered nicotinamide riboside, walks through NAD biology to explain how it's part of the “wiring” that moves energy through living systems, powering ATP production, building new tissue, and fueling repair. We dig into why NAD matters for DNA repair, how inflammation and metabolic disease put the NAD system “under attack,” and why blood NAD levels don’t always tell you what’s happening inside tissues like liver, muscle, or brain. We also discuss the real differences between NR and NMN, conditions where NAD boosting shows promise, such as inflammation, peripheral artery disease, respiratory infections, cognitive impairment, and fertility, and important safety concerns, including sourcing, product quality, and cancer. If you’ve ever wondered whether NAD boosters are legit, what they’re actually doing in the body, and how to leverage them for health and longevity, this is the episode. Dr. Charles Brenner is a true pioneer in NAD science. Links to the episode on all platforms in the comments below.
