Spot on, Kitt. This hits deep because I've lived exactly those cycles for many years. Eveything I was reading was "just be more disciplined", "love yourself more", "affirmations", etc. I was disciplined like a pro athlete in every area of life, routine, diet, gym, schedule, you name it. Still blew up accounts repeatedly. For me it wasn't lack of discipline or self-love at surface level. It was the crushing isolation: nobody in my real life had any clue what I was doing or what I was going through emotionally day after day. Trading completely alone, no sounding board, no one who gets the mental warfare. Combined with hardcore perfectionism, hunting only the "perfect" setup, forcing trades when price wasn't confirming, refusing to accept when the market simply said "not today". Then the addict phase kicked in hard: numb mode where money started meaning nothing. Big win? Whatever. Big loss? Whatever. It became this ego game of "I've figured you out market, I can print whenever I want". Documented the exact mistakes I swore never to repeat again… and then repeated them anyway, sometimes the very next session. Winning streaks ->overconfidence ->revenge->blow-up->despair ->rebuild ->repeat. For years. The post is 100% correct, no amount of books, courses, or motivational BS touches it until that deeper self-sabotage programming gets seen and addressed. (And for anyone reading this who's in it right now: you're not broken or weak. The game is designed to expose every unresolved part of you. Seeing it clearly is already the beginning of breaking the loop.)

Thank you for this.

It's in everyone. And well recognized in most of our civilisations. According to Freud: death drive= Thanatos vs life drive=Eros. Ying/Yang in asian cultures etc. That dichotomy is baked in our DNA. Self-improvement and increasing self-awareness should be everyone's goal.

Discipline, the opposite of discipline is sabotage. Keep a balanced mind, forgive yourself time to time and practice vibrating at a higher frequency.

Thank you very much for sharing this Kitt!! I was looking for some help around this topic in the web. Do you have another tip or activity that can help with this horrible habit please? 🫡 📈

Yes i was wondering the same. Reason why I reached out to you, but we haven't been able to connect 💔 😔. Hopefully you can find some time maybe we can connect lord willing. GOD BLESS YOU.

and here is why this bs doesn't work

Okay, but how does one fix these problems?

Understanding that it is a problem is primordial.
