Most people are out here chasing symptoms. Trying this supplement, that diet, this protocol - never getting to the bottom of why they feel the way they feel. But what I’ve seen over and over again is that when you remove parasites and the heavy metals they hide behind......

Parasites aren’t only in undercooked pork or tropical water. They’re in your food. Your water. Your produce. Your kids. Your body. You can’t fully avoid them - not in today’s world. They come in through sushi, soil, contaminated water, even your pets. And once they’re in, they don’t just sit there. Parasites are master survivors: 🟢 They lay thousands of eggs 🟢 They burrow into your tissues 🟢 They use heavy metals to build protective biofilms that your immune system can’t penetrate 🟢 They steal your nutrients 🟢 They release toxic waste into your bloodstream This is why just eating clean isn’t enough. It’s why so many people still deal with fatigue, skin issues, gut problems, and constant symptoms - even on a “healthy” diet. Most countries deworm their population regularly. We don’t. My family does now. We follow a seasonal parasite cleanse paired with a heavy metal detox to flush out what builds up in the background - quietly disrupting hormones, immunity, digestion, and more. Within 2 weeks of using this approach, I passed a tonne of liver flukes and pinworms. My gut transformed, food intolerances disappeared, energy returned, and mental clarity finally came back. If you want to feel clear, energized, and symptom-free again… this is where you start. PSA FOR ALL WOMEN ON THE BIRTH CONTROL PILL: I’ve been waiting to share my story until I felt like I had enough time to make my conclusion. It’s been 2 1/2 months since I stopped taking birth control. I had been on the pill continuously, having no periods whatsoever, for 18 years straight. That’s what I was told to do by multiple gynecologists, so I lived my entire adult life not really understanding all that “women business”… I also never questioned the pill, until now. You see, almost all girls my age at that time were put on the pill. It was normal, it was the “responsible thing” to do. I recently decided to get off the pill so that I could regulate my body before having a baby, but I had no idea how different I would feel getting off the pill. I’ve never been super anti-pill and I’m not necessarily now either, but I do want women to know that if you taking this your whole life, you may feel much different getting off of it. Maybe even BETTER (in my case) I’ve had two real cycles now and despite having to deal with a period again, I still would not want to go back on pill. It saddens me to think that I took it all those years thinking it had no impact on me. Now I believe, it did. I never really noticed drastic side effects but I think because I’ve taken it since I was a 15-year-old girl, having the pill in my system became who I was. I’ve noticed, and so has my fiancé and others around me since stopping the pill that I feel much more grounded, trusting of myself, and WAY less anxious. As someone who struggled with chronic anxiety, pure OCD, and mood issues my entire life, I wonder how much of this is attributed to the pill. I feel like young girls are told that it is their burden to carry, or that they need it because God forbid if they have a kid their whole life would be ruined. I’ve never questioned how detrimental the pill would be to my mental health, and now I’m starting to feel a bit regretful that I didn’t investigate this sooner. It’s really a personal choice and I hope that more women wake up to the possibilities that are outside of the pill. I wanted to wait for a while before I made my conclusion and I really do feel much different. Ladies, have you gotten off the pill and did it change your life for the better?

MY FULL DEWORMING PROTOCOL 🪱 Most people have no idea what’s actually living inside them - until they finally do a real detox and see what comes out. If you’ve ever: 🟢 Walked barefoot 🟢 Kissed your pet 🟢 Eaten sushi 🟢 Taken antibiotics …then you’ve likely been exposed. And it’s not your fault - our world is loaded with parasites, toxins, and heavy metals that quietly drain your energy, hormones, and mood from the inside out. What’s wild? Most people think they’re “just tired,” “bloated,” or “anxious.” But it’s not you - it’s what’s inside you. Here’s how I safely break the cycle (no scary die-off, no crash): 1️⃣ Bind and remove toxins first - I start with zeolite to grab onto heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins so they can’t recirculate. 2️⃣ Open your drainage pathways - liver, lymph, and gut must flow freely so your body can release what’s been stuck for years. 3️⃣ Target the parasites - using a full-spectrum herbal blend that hits all life stages (yes, even the eggs). 4️⃣ Rebuild your terrain - minerals, enzymes, and gut repair to restore strength, energy, and mental clarity. This isn’t a 3-day TikTok “cleanse.” It’s a full-body reset - a way to finally reclaim the energy, focus, and calm you didn’t even realize you’d lost. Within 2 weeks of using this protocol, I passed liver flukes and pinworms. My gut transformed, food intolerances disappeared, energy skyrocketed, and mental clarity came back like I was 20 years old again. Comment “PROTOCOL” and I’ll send you the exact step-by-step protocol I use for myself and my family - gentle, powerful, and life-changing. Grayson Murray was just 30 years old. He is no longer with us because of mental illness. First let me say that I’m torn up for his friends and family. I’ve been through it more times than I can count, but I’ve also very nearly put my friends and family in the same situation Y’all I’m begging you to get help if you need it. Of course that is, if you can afford it… which is so sad. I do not want to make this political, but I firmly believe that if mental health help was made available for free, it would be a net positive for this country. I truly believe we’d still have some of our friends The cost, however, has nothing to do really with one of the biggest problems surrounding mental health: the stigma Don’t get me wrong… it is better than it used to be. But it is still not where it NEEDS to be, which is completely gone Getting help does not make you weak. As a matter of fact I’d say the opposite is true. I’m stronger today than I’ve ever been, even though I sure have my moments. Those moments are fewer and far between now though, because I finally admitted that I couldn’t do it on my own, and if I was gonna bring a child into this world, I was gonna be the best version of myself I could be. I’m still here in SPITE of the stigma. All the people who say “suck it up, buttercup!” “Be a man!” “Get over it!!” Ironically now that I’ve been to counseling and can more acutely notice the signs, those very same people are the ones who could benefit from therapy the most. That’s not a dig. I hurt for them. Matter of fact a big part of my “journey” (I hate when people use that but look at me go lol) has been trying my best to forgive people who lash out at me. Because more often than not, it’s not me they hate… it’s themselves. How would I know that? Well… I used to be that guy RIP Grayson Murray

To go high, you have to low. And let me tell you, I’ve been through some real lows. I watch old videos like this and I think, wow, why did I stop taking care of myself like that. I gained 30 lbs, drank most days, ate crappy, didn’t sleep, and let stress live rent free in my body. How could “once a pro athlete” treat themselves like this and justify it? The answer is because I wanted to hate who I was before because it seemed like everyone else did. I thought the solution was to trash myself to help to forget about who I was and focus on helping others becoming great. If I was the farthest thing from me, then people would accept me more right? Well the answer was no. The same people still did the same things. Well, getting cancer and half my hand amputated sure showed me what’s important to me, and that’s my life. I have built an absolutely incredible world around me. I have the most amazing family, a thriving business, and the most warm and supportive community. All this time I felt like I have to suffer in order for others to accept me. But in reality, the people who are in my world do accept me. I lift them up and they lift me up. Sure it’s tough going out and crossing paths with people who have gone out of their way to misunderstand me. But I’ve been doing it for years and I am getting better at it. For an example, this past weekend at Big Sugar I spoke with, stood next to, even shook hands with people who tried to destroy me and my business. I felt nothing. It’s wild when you think about what I have survived to get to this point. But you know what, I own all of it. I also own the change I’ve made to become better from it. So why am I making this post? To be honest, I don’t know. I just felt like sharing this. It’s been over 8 years since I last raced and I feel it’s time for me to get out there again. Not to win the race, but to challenge myself to return to a physically and mentally super high version of myself. I’m well aware people will criticize me, but they will do that whether CINCH is winning or if I am. To be real, both will win. I also will share my path, struggles and successes, all transparently. 2024 let’s do this!

Friday confession - this has been one of the toughest years of my life for me. For a lot of reasons. Personal & business. Mental & physical. I try my best to hide it, but I’ve been depressed a lot and can’t figure it out. I think a lot of people can relate. I have so, so much to be grateful for, and realize how blessed I am, but it’s weird because I almost feel guilty at the same time. Add to it the self loathing for not being happy about how great I know I have it, and it’s a real mess. I’ve done and experienced all these amazing things this year- openings, trips, parties, with family and friends, and have barely posted anything. I’ve felt this dichotomy between how I actually feel, and how it would “appear I feel”, and that phoniness has deterred me. If that makes sense? As lame as it might sound, I listened to Matthew Mcconaghy on Theo Vons podcast yesterday and what he said in this part, couldn’t have possibly resonated more with me. So since it clicked for me, I thought it will probably click for a lot of other people dealing with the same. I think the main takeaway is none of this stuff matters. Social media is a facade. You can pretend to be anything you want, and it’s all for the validation of a bunch of strangers and people you’ll never even know in real life. What matters is enjoying the actual moments, really soaking them in, being present, with the ones who do matter. At least that’s what I got from it, so that’s what I’m taking away from it. This was supposed to be a 5-minute promo for my first international solo exhibition in Dubai. But once the cameras started rolling, Joseph Ruzer saw something more. Every question pulled at another part of the story, moments I hadn’t planned to share, struggles I didn’t think mattered, and the obsession that keeps me chasing light. So we kept filming. What began as a short shoot became Chasing the Light. It is the most personal project I have ever shared. A documentary that dives into the why. Why I risk everything for a shot. Why I keep chasing something just out of reach. And why the journey is always more important than the destination. People see the final image, the exhibition, or the recognition, and they think it is an overnight success. But they never see what it takes. The early mornings, the missed moments, the risks, the failures, and the constant drive to keep going. This film pulls back the curtain on that reality. None of this would exist without Joseph Ruzer and his incredible team. His vision transformed a simple idea into something unforgettable. But it goes beyond that. This film is a piece of everyone who has been part of my journey, friends who filmed me when I had no crew, those who captured photos of me chasing light long before it was a career, and the people who pushed me, supported me, and believed in this vision as much as I did. There are too many people to name, but you know who you are. Thank you. This film is as much yours as it is mine. We premiered it in Dubai at Mondoir Gallery which was sponsored by MoonPay 🟣. And now I'm sharing it with with everyone. This is not just about the landscapes I have captured. It is about the journey that led me there. I hope you all enjoy: Chasing the Light - A Photographer’s Journey.
