Most people are too afraid to speak logically - worried about getting canceled. This is a perfect example of this, as Don tries to box Elon Musk and set him up. Takes balls to be logical, and it takes logic to build a better-functioning society.

@elonmusk How is this logical lol? There is clear evidence of systemic racism in multiple areas of public life, from criminal justice to policing to housing to employment. And Musk thinks if we just stop talking about it, i.e. highlighting the racism, it’ll magically go away? Seriously?

@elonmusk Morgan Freeman said it a while back, and it rings true louder than ever today. Stop making race an issue, and race stops being an issue. Treat people on their merits as individuals. This would be true progress.

The constant criticism of Don Lemon is mainly coming from those who rely on Elon for an income here on X. The reality of the apparently ‘terrible’ interview, is that we are still all discussing the talking points that Don’s questions raised. The points Don pushed are important to many millions of people worldwide when it comes to their current view of Elon, and I’m glad finally someone had the courage to raise them. I think the questions were worthy and Elon’s responses were interesting and thought provoking. I’m struggling to understand how this was a bad interview when clips from it continue to circulate daily on here? Surely that’s the very definition of success?

@elonmusk Don loves being the victim then trying to guilt other people into giving him free stuff. Such a toxic person.

@elonmusk It's a fact. and white people were slaves in Africa before black people were slaves in America.

@elonmusk Don is a perfect example of how he isn't oppressed by design, i mean, look at him, he's totally useless but he's by no means oppressed.

@elonmusk The world’s richest man has taken possession of a global social media platform used by the world’s journalists, scientists, governments, private citizens, businesses, religions, militaries and health/emergency services to share all vital information—It’s going as you might expect

Elon regularly brings up what he sees as racism against white people. But he wants to stop talking about slavery as soon as he’s done equating all people and all kinds of slavery (which still exists) from his perch as the world’s richest man on his personal social media platform. That does take a certain kind of balls. But then again not really because he knows that —“logically” speaking—he’s so totally comfortable in his entrenched powerful place in society that nothing will ever come from him acting like an obnoxious ass mansplaining racism to a black man in America. Elon is exercising the privilege he embodies—in real time and in every possible way—by denying it exists (aka gaslighting. The true renewable energy of the kingdom of X.)
