Totally false. Stop spreading these dangerous ideas such as sleeping in certain positions "spell" out Muhammad or the ear shape spell out Allah. This has absolutely no significance in Islam. And these aren't signs of any sort. some evil symbols may also resemble Muhammad or God.

C'mon brothers what is this ? Stop spreading sufi ideologies, get to work and do smth benefitial for the ummah.
