I actually have a vocational degree in Small Animal Science. Understanding how vaccines (are supposed to) work, I asked my teacher why they needed a rabies shot every year? She admitted it wasn't necessary...but that it got people to bring their pets to the vet for more $$$. 😒

He says 'Most people self-limit their ability to learn. I'd never studied rocket science but I picked it up along the way.' Once you've identified a meaningful mission, you just become who you need to be in order to accomplish that mission."
