The story of this tequila stems from Shark Tank. Jason Hollander is one of the guys that has been with the show for 17 years. He vets all the deals. Lo and behold, he is a tequila expert. One of the best on earth. He knows everything. After the success of O'Leary Fine Wines, everybody started asking me to do tequila but I didn’t know anything about it. But Jason does. So he approached me and after two years of hell, we did it. The majority of tequila you drink is actually crap because the agave has not been allowed to mature to six years. The problem is nobody wants to wait six years to grow a cactus, so what they do is after 18 months, they pull it apart, they crush it, they add all kinds of additives, including sugar, which I don't want at all and it's not real tequila and it tastes really harsh. This is so smooth and well over 90% alcohol because it's so pure.

Who likes broccoli 🥦 salad in the summer? My mom loved this stuff so much from the deli that I had to ask how it was made for her. Not sure where this guy got his ideas from but this is the correct way to make the dressing is a cup of mayo, 1/2 cup of sugar, tablespoon of red wine vinegar. Enjoy 😋
